This may be one of the most disappointing stays at a Holiday Inn property I have ever experienced. After driving all day I was looking forward to a comfortable room and to say I was less than pleased with what I encounterd at this property is an understatement. The attendent at the front desk when I arrived was nice. That is as far as I am willing to go. My room was on the first floor and was very cold when I arrived. I turned on the heat and went to bed. It wasn't long after going to bed when the heating unit began to make loud noises. I turned off the unit in an effort to get some sleep and the room immediately bacame cold once again. This routine went on all night. When I checked out with little sleep I informed the girl at the front desk and she barely acknowledged me. She said we would have been glad to put you in a different room. Did I really need to explain to her that I was already in bed and settled in for the night? An extremely disappointing stay at a chain that is usually reliable.

We stayed 2 nights at this Holiday Inn. It was clean and comfortable and much better than Holiday Inn's of old (had not stayed at one in years). The staff were friendly, courteous, and very professional (even the housekeeper). Dottie (I think is her name) the breakfast waitress was wonderful. She even remembered what we had to drink for breakfast the previous morning and was attentive to our needs. I would have preferred 2 queen beds in our room instead of double beds. For the price of the room, I would have expected larger beds.

It is a comfortable, upbeat, and accommodating hotel.

My wife and i were attending the NJ Falconry Winter Meet. When we arrived after a long drive, we were so happy with the staff of the hotel . Every one help us relax, food and drinks were great. Hope to see you next year for our falconry meet.

A mixed bag but overall good...
Our room had been switched and did not include a sofabed...we called the front desk who said they would look to change our room and would call us when they had a new room...we waited two hours without a call...we finally went to the front desk and the person said she had tried to call us four times...we went back to our room and found that the phone had not been plugged in...shortly thereafter a person came and restored the phone and also arranged for a rollaway bed to be put into the room...the staff was most friendly and helpful although I wish we had not needed their assistance.

I frequent this hotel often as I do dog shows in the area. I need special assistance due to my handicap, the staff is beyond accommodating. They offer assistance without me even asking..
The rooms are clean and spacious..

Stayed for two nights while attending my college reunion.
Very much enjoyed breakfast...the layout and service were both excellent.
Our room was good...I was under the impression that a small refrigerator and microwere were to be a part of the room and were not...it may have been my misunderstanding.
Overall a good experience and we will be coming back to visit friends on New Year's Eve.

Great staff, loved the breakfast, great layout with the view of the bar, dining area and lobby from the spot where we waited for the elevator. Which was nice, because the elevator is the slowest one I've ever ridden.
