We stayed at the Holiday Inn, Sydney Airport. We took advantage of the Park, Stay and Go package, and were so pleased at how convenient this service was. We were able to leave our car in a safe and secure underground car park for the duration of our overseas trip, at a cost more affordable than any other long term car park we've used before. We would highly recommend the Holiday Inn to any travellers.

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and it is always an easy stay. The staff are great, the rooms are what you would expect and the whole experience is comfortable and enjoyable.
Beds are comfortable. If I had one suggestion it would be that they have bath sheets, not towels, for added comfort, but otherwise, it's great. I will be back.
I also wish that the transfer to the airport, for platinum members, was complimentary.

I stay there regularly, either over night or two days. The check in, and check out is usually quick and efficient. The Hotel is conveniently placed near my place of work. The restaurant has a contemporary menu, and the bar a relaxed atmosphere as well as a good selection of drinks.

If you like a tired dirty hotel with no hot water this is the hotel for you at the airport. The room we stayed in was dirty. The grout in the bathroom was almost black on the floor, and the carpet was stained and worn. The ultimate insult was the lack of hot water in the morning. We were leaving for the states and a 20 hour trip and there was no hot water. Not that the water was not hot, there was no water flow at all due to a problem at the hotel. We had booked this hotel well in advance and paid a premium for a room with no hot water. When we were checking out I asked the clerk what she was going to do about the lack of hot water and her response was nothing. She then gave us a 24 dollar credit for our shuttle to the airport.
This hotel is definitely not up to Holiday Inn standards.

this was a great place to start our holiday we were fully refreshed after a great nights sleep then filled up on the breakfast that was included in our package . When we got back we were dropped off at the hotel and then picked up my car for our trip home

Holiday Inn Sydney airport is a great place to stay. Near the airport and 15 minutes from downtown by train ($3 one way). Staff are patient and very helpful. Clean room with all the amenities. 24 hours business center. Free internet in the lobby area for 20 minutes/day. Sirocco restaurant has great food and is reasonably priced, large amounts of food per serving!

Excellent hotel if you are looking for a quick stop over in Sydney. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
The staff was very helpful as well. This is the second time that I have stayed in this property and both time the experience has been great.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times when flying to / from Sydney airport. On this occasion we booked a stay and park package. This was very convenient and worked well for us. The staff were excellent and one felt completely at home on check in. We plan to stay here in the future. We chose to eat in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast but could have enjoyed a less formal bar meal in the Biggles bar, as we have previously,. Meals we excellent and service good.

I was stranded in Sydney when my flight was cancelled. Since it wasn't my fault, I was given a free stay at this Holiday Inn. Although the staff knew I was not a "legitimate" guest as I was not paying for anything, they did not treat me any differently. In fact, they went out of their way to help me make phone calls when I needed to call the airline to reschedule my flights home. I felt very welcome at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone else.

it was such a relief to arrive at the Holiday Inn on a winters night, after all the stress of finishing work on time and packing to fly the next day, and then a 3 hour drive.
The desk staff were warm and friendly.It was great to see our car being driven away knowing it would be there to collect after our holiday. The shuttle service was well organised and efficient, and it was wonderful to make it to the airport in plenty of time after a lovely night in a warm,comfortable room,and a delicious breakfast.
we will stay again!

We had two rooms near by, but unfortuatly we couldn't open the connecting doors to be closer with our teens. But on the other way we haven't ask. The bathroom shampoo and soap smell very good and it's a pleisure to shower with.
Very good location to catch the train, 5 mins walk.

Management should consider giving Priority Club Gold members complimentary wifi service. Most other HI facilities do both at higher (Crown Plaza) and lower (HI Express) price points.

We stayed in your hotel the night before we flew out of Sydney. We also spent time at the Holiday Inn The Rocks in Sydney. The airport facility is a 5 star Holiday Inn in my book. Very comfortable and exceptional service. Thank you!

Very clean rooms, quiet, comfy bed, and staff very efficient and upbeat. They have two separate types of in room dining. One arrives in a stylish bag and has everything ready to eat as in a picnic style. Fun! The other menu is treated more like fine dining. Both styles have unique food combinations and generally very good. The panna cotta is heaven. But the fish and chips did disappoint. Which brings me to my sole complaint. The fish was slightly oily, uniformly shaped which usually means pre- frozen, and very dry. When I called down for some kind of sauce I made the horrible mistake of asking for tartar sauce or mayo w/lemon was preferred. Actually anything to give less dryness to the fish. I was told in a very insulted tone , 'We make only Aioli here, we do not put such things as tartar on our food. Do you know what Aioli is?" Well, excuse me! When the famous Aioli arrived, it was mediocre at best and, and on the side were 2 packettes of some kind of commercial tasteless tartar sauce, (which of course they do not carry). I just left the fish uneaten and did eat myvery good Med salad.

This property was like a home away from home - comfortable beds - nice bathroom- nioe ambience.- no noise!
Staff very attentive and welcoming - have already recommended this property to family and friends. Will stay again on our next trip.

The Manager to the front desk customer service is excellent. The service render to us was unforgettable and we have enjoyed our stay. We felt the welcome. Room staff are efficient and good. Even the staff at the coffee house morning breakfast are friendly and helpful and the staff at the bar are also as helpful and friendly.
We will recommend others:- family, friends and associates to stay in your hotel.
Overall we have enjoyed our staff at your hotel and when we go back to Sydney for sure will stay at your hotel. Holiday Inn airport Hotel is excellent. Please keep up the good job. Well done.

My daughter and I stayed overnight as we had an early flight to
Tasmania the next day. The room was extremely comfortable and very roomy. Choice of soft or firm pillows. Blockout curtains and the room was very quite. Had an excellent nights sleep. The staff were all helpful and very courteous. Dinner in Biddles Bar
was tasty, quick and reasonably priced. We were able to leave our car at the Hotel and the Shuttle Bus was on time. A totally stress free and enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

We found, as on previous occasions, the Holiday Inn at Mascot gave friendly efficient service on arrival, during our stay and on departure.
The room was clean and comfortable, meals at the Sirocco were nicely cooked and presented and friendly waiters.
The location is convenient as it is only 200 metres from Mascot Station so it is easy to travel by train into the city (or to the airport for those wanting to go there.
Would recommend it to friends as good value for money.

The Holiday Inn is easy access to the Airport and has clean comfortable rooms. Biggles Bar has options for a light meal at reasonable prices. The staff are helpful when asked, its a basic standard hotel nothing extra ordinary or special but what you would expect from a Holiday Inn.
