4泊お世話になりましたが、快適に過ごせました。 いくつか改善点でを申します。 空港からのシャトルバスは乗り場がわかりにくいので、予約時に乗り場を案内するとよいと思います。また、Sirrocoの朝食は毎日あまり変化がないので、日替わりの品数がいくつかあるとよいと思います。

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Lovely big room, all the amenities were excellent, from the quality of your hairdryer to your iron. The bed was too soft for me, so sadly I found it very difficult to fall asleep. The Pillows were lovely. The Bathroom was a good size, great shower! Nice and clean. Good Lifts, fast, quiet and smooth.
Nice friendly staff on the front desk. As a Travel Agent, I will definitely be recommending our clients here.

this hotel is certainly a great location for those flying out of Sydney or transiting to other locations. Hotel is very clean with good facilities as far as food and bar services go. My wife and I were not happy with the quality of the bed and found it difficult to relax and sleep. The mattress was well worn in the centre and we both found it difficult to get comfortable. Unfortunate, because we have used this hotel on several other occasions over the past 2-3 years and were happy with the quality of the bed.

I stayed here after a long flight from Europe. The bed was good, internet was ok but the hotel itself looks a little tired and old.

My stay was precipitated by a last minute flight cancellation (UA870) due to mechanical problems and being unable to book a suitable return flight for 2 days. So I was not happy about this as my delayed return home to the US caused considerable upheaval in our household. My husband was leaving on a trip to Europe the same evening I was to return.
The Holiday Inn staff were very helpful assisting me accessing my e-mail in the business center since my tablet could not connect to the wireless. Also they were helpful in seeing that I got telephone calls from home when I was still in the business center.
I had two dinners (ribeye both times) in the restaurant which were excellent. The buffet breakfast was also exceptional.
