Ordered room service prompt service good quality ..........had dinner in bar again good value and food was very good ........nice pub atmosphere in the bar.. Had buffet breakfast in main restaurant which is excellent a great selection and top quality of food and service.. December 20, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by I Wish I Had More Time To Enjoy It It was a veritable oasis arriving at the holiday inn after a 14 hour flight and 2 hours waiting for luggage. Staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful and I was soon in my lovely room on the corner of the 10th floor with double aspect windows, although there wasn't exactly a view. The room was large, spotless, a nice idock, no problem with wifi, black out curtains and a super huge comfy bed. I had missed the restaurant but there is a small 24 hour room service menu and plenty of things in the mini bar to keep you going. However I just zonked out on the bed for 9 hours straight and was then back to the airport for my next flight. I didn't really get to see anything else but from what I saw I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. December 19, 2014

My stay was completely unexpected, but I had a lovely stay and it was so comfortable after stressful chaos at the airport. The staff were super friendly and attentive. I felt very welcome and well looked after. Highly recommend staying here! December 10, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable clean room and good service Good value for money, Everything easy, swift check in, good coffee shop. Staff willing to oblige. Our phones were out of charge and the check in staff kindly lent us a charger. This was an unplanned stopover as Jetstar cancelled their flight so the Holiday Inn made it easier and enjoyable. We will consider staying there next visit to Sydney and get the rail into the city for sightseeing rather than stay in the CBD December 10, 2014
