Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel staff always friendly and show genuine interest. I stay at the Holiday Inn Mascot many times during the year and it is best described as a "Home away from home". The staff are tremendous - always smiling and professional. I use the restaurant if entertaining guests or the dine in facility while I complete the days tasks in the hotel room. Arrived late and easy shuttle trip to the hotel from the airport, quick check in, managed to arrive at the bar for a drink before they closed. Very large and comfortable room, great bed, good wifi. Friendly staff. Two minute walk to Mascoit station in their morning, where the train is a third the price compared to one stop back at the airport! July 23, 2015

Last week my Family and I were in Honolulu and found ourselves stuck there for two extra days due to flight issues. With no hesitation, Anya in reservations went above and beyond to ensure that our online booking accommodated our change. She ensured to advise the Duty Manager, Jeremy who welcomed us on arrival and he too continued this incredible service to ensure we were looked after as best as possible. Both these Staff members are an asset to your business. Having received such fantastic, caring and personal service, the room was excellent and we wish we could have stayed longer.
