1st time in Sydney, was a great stay made to fill comfortable and at ease, nice clean rooms and the staff were very polite and helpful, on leaving the inn our boat was late for departure, all our cases and belongings looked after while we toured Sydney for the day.
I would recommend this Holiday Inn to be your first choice if staying in Sydney

Pros: bed and room were great;
Cons: Noise in hallways and from neighboring suites were a nuisance; elevator access card readers were iffy at times confusing many guests; in-room wired and wireless internet should just be included for free

Good hotel easy to get to most sightseeing places also the main shopping area, Bathroom is a bit dated but plenty of room in the main area, very secure as key card needed to use the lift to get to your room, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Stayed here 17 days over new year. The location is just perfect. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Room ok but bathroom needs some finishing. Missed reading light at the beds.
But we recommend this hotel .
The fitness room was far to warm,

As a priority privelage member i found the overall experience of the stay unsatisfactory... Our check in was 1.5 hours later than the guaranteed check in time given to us from the front desk of 2pm... While i was waiting for check in all they gave me was 1 free drink with very little apology for the inconvenience... Plus the so called king executive suite that was given as an upgrade was standard at best with filthy windows with next to no view...

i think i made a mistake with the booking they were very accommodating in helping me fix it and giving me another room not as nice as the one booked but happy that i didn't have to sleep in same bed as my sister thank you
