Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 距離台北市區有點距離,但有專車接送 地點: 距離台北市區有點距離,沒捷運能到(但是酒店有配套在捷運站的專車接送,這點很好). 服務: 有一定水準, 前台, 服務生, 清潔的都很有禮貌, 這次帶家人入住的訂了2個房間, 辦理入住很快也預先準備好(而且幫我把2個房間都升級成套房了).家人都很滿意也玩的很開心.. 餐食:早餐選擇的也很多, 在假日飯店裡算很不錯 環境: 飯店有點老舊,但整體保養還算可以, 期間有發生過跳電事情,後來也快速解決了 January 24, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Experience! Although this hotel do not locate in the central of Taipei, there is no doubt that their shuttle bus are really convenience. The shuttle bus can arrived Taipei 101, Taipei Zoo and also Taipei City Hall MRT station. Although the room is not new decorated, It is clean and comfortable. I got a room upgrade from junior suite to 2 bedroom executive suite. The junior suite has a bigger bathroom, it has separate shower room and bathtub. The 2 bedroom executive suite has a smaller bathroom which do not separate the shower and bathtub, but it has two full size bedroom with queen size bed. It is a good choose when travel on 4 adult. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast Was in the executive lounge for BF once and have to wait 20-25mins just for a 2 fried egga which when arrives my breakfast was done. The lounge was fully occupied and there are only 2 persons serving. Brought my family down for BF the next day as the lounge was fully occupied, imagine my surprpise when I wanted to toast some breads and the waitress informed me that the toaster was damaged and they do not have a new one available!!! Though she did the toasting for us in the kitchen. I think the F&B need to be improved trememdously and this is the first time I came across a 4 star hotel without a toaster!! January 4, 2016
