Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 整體而言極差,是我住過最糟的 從check-in開始就感受到不友善的言辭對待,進房後發現床上.馬桶即洗手台都有毛髮殘留,床單被套上也有血漬,經聯絡櫃檯後換房,但更換的房間裡依然有類似的情況,更糟的是房裡的礦泉水竟有一瓶是已經開過且飲用過的。 房裡沒有睡袍(但有掛睡袍的衣架),清潔狀況不佳,淋浴時水忽冷忽熱,白金會員沒有提供迎賓水果,唯一的一小盒巧克力還是已經開過且少了幾片。 電話反應後說會請主管給我答覆,直到我入住了三晚,第四天退房為止都沒有收到任何來自酒店方的任何答覆。 退房前一天聯繫櫃檯預約隔天一早到市政府捷運站的接駁車準備搭大巴去桃園機場,被告知只有一個位置,我們有兩個人沒辦法坐,咨詢是否有其他方式時得到冷冷地回應說可以幫我們叫計程車,當我提及搭乘計程車容易暈車時還被調侃說:「才一個小時的車程也會暈喔?」難道我腦裡有腫瘤,坐車容易暈車也要向櫃檯服務人員報告?沒得到協助也就算了,實在沒有必要還冒出這麼一句調侃的話,有失貴酒店號稱四星級的服務。 只好自己在網路上找車,直到凌晨一點多才約上了一輛車,確定開車的司機開車平穩,且車子是賓士車本身也比較舒適,價錢還比貴排給的報價還低。 退房時的服務人員也是並不友善,服務態度依然保持著一貫風格,在我提及這三天所遇到的狀況的時候一副事不關己,只想趕快打發我走的樣子。 房裡關於殘留毛髮即使用過的礦泉水這些情況我都拍了照,絕非空穴來風。 在全球住過那麼多酒店,包含ihg集團在內從沒遇過這麼差勁的,就連總是為人詬病的大陸地區酒店也沒這麼糟,這次帶了大陸友人同行還真是讓他大開了眼界,體會到了台灣所謂的高質量服務是如此的不堪,只能說在酒店團客多情況下根本不缺客,似乎對於這些也就不需要重視了。 October 17, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 服務細心週到 到市區的接駁方便,司機也很細心,印象最深刻的是會依照同行乘客的下車順序安排位置。中間我還在房間遺落了東西,打回去飯店確認,服務人員很快幫我去房間確認,並馬上安排寄送,非常周到的飯店啊! October 16, 2014
