However, on my last trip, I have to report that the breakfast service and food preparation was poor. My order took (both mornings) almost twenty minutes to arrive and one morning it was under-cooked. You guys were good enough to not charge me, but the time delay made me late for a meeting. When I stay with you, I normally eat dinner in the restaurant, but because of the bad breakfast experiences, I went elsewhere for dinner. Other than the restaurant miscues, everything was good. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great expereince. We'll be back! We had booked another hotel for FSU Parent's week-end and when we went to the room, I told my husband that I couldn't stay there. It was an old and worn hotel, but that wasn't the problem. Old and worn may still be clean. This wasn't. I went online and found this hotel had a vacancy and booked it immediately. twenty minutes later we were in the Holiday Inn Conference center and were greeted by the most precious girls that welcomed us, checked us in and gave us (still warm) oatmeal raisin cookies. Everything in the hotel was spotless. We have two and a half more years of trips to Tallahassee to see our son and we will NEVER stay anywhere else. October 20, 2012
