We go to Tallahassee about twice a year for swim meets. We decided on this location due to its ease of access and the price. For the most part, it was like any other hotel-- rooms with beds to sleep. For the price, I would come back. Here are a couple of things to be aware of. First, the high speed internet left a lot to be desired. Our connection was slow and dropped a lot even with a moderate to solid signal. If wifi is a must, this might be an issue. Second, the pillows were too soft for my liking, but that is just me. Third, the bathroom door was awkward. It opened into the narrow hall leading from the room door to the sleeping area. If the bathroom do was open, it blocked one's path to the room door. This was quite annoying as the bathroom door had to be always closed. This could also be considered a safety hazard. Most bathroom doors in a typical room like this would have opened into the bathroom itself. Finally, the breakfast was not complimentary. This was not a big deal since we brought our own foof, but still other competitors in this class of hotel offer free breakfast. I'm not wanting this come across as negative. It isn't. I liked the hotel and the brand. Plus the staff was great.

Hotel is right of I-10. Easy drive to the capital. Great for smaller meetings.

Very comfortable and hospitality center on the north side of the city and very convenient to downtown. The GM here has created a culture of service and friendliness that's rare and I have stayed in 100's of hotels.
Very highly recommend to anyone passing through.
Try the restaurant fish dishes-they are exceptional and not something you'd normally expect to see unless you were in a high end eatery.
