Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by A few issues A booked a block of rooms and needed to communicate with everyone in those rooms. However, the phone line in my room was dead; forcing the inconvenience of having to call the front desk with my cell phone and be connected every time I needed to communicate. Did not get room service the second day of my 3 night stay, despite specifically requesting clean towels with the door handle indication. Rented the room for a conference meeting and the room was not set-up the last morning of our stay. Liz and JJ gave exceptional banquet service. Very kind, friendly, competent. April 23, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, clean room The rooms was great, clean and well maintained. The dining/lounge area was terrible. Tables were always dirty. Food took forever to get an service was slow. The patio area tables had over flowing ashtrays and there was always dirty dishes on the tables and the tables always needed wiping down. April 22, 2015

I did not like being surrounded by strip clubs, that vibe even in an upper class location makes me feel like my car is going to get broken into at night. Overall the Hotel was well maintained. The complimentary shuttle service from airport to hotel, hotel to port, and port back to airport was excellent. Staff at check in were friendly, courteous. Great location to shopping, dining. Free parking on site was great bonus as well. The value of the cruise and stay package was exceptional. Clean, comfortable accommodations. Would recommend this location. April 19, 2015
