There were three of us in the room and we were in Taunton for a funeral. The location of the hotel was great and the restaurant attached to it was good and convenient. The room was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. The one thing that I would suggest is that a table and chairs be put in the rooms. It was difficult to just sit around on the beds watching TV and reading during our down time. Also, when we had room service in the morning it wasn't easy sitting on the bed eating.

My husband and I stayed two nights in February. He attended a conference for two days so we decided to stay right at the hotel. To my surprise the hotel was so nice. The staff was attentive, the hotel, and room was clean. While he was in the confernece I went to local shopping outlets and enjoyed the day. Then we met at the restutant for dinner and drinks. It was a friendly atmosphere. The food and drinks were also very good! It was so nice to have dinner then go upstairs tomour room. No running to the cold car and tryingmto find our way around. There is a pool, which we did not use, but it looked very good too. I would definetly go back and reccomend it to family and friends.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. The breakfast was very poor however the restaurant in the hotel for lunch and dinner was excellent. I had issues with my bill I was charged close to nine hundred dollars that posted to my credit card that was a mistake by the night auditor. Jeanae was very helpful in calling to get the charges reversed however it took almost 6 days to get them removed. The first night we stayed there quest that were in the room next to us were smoking something other then cigarettes and it we could smell it everywhere we also had our grandson with us as well. We reported it to the front desk and they were aware of the complaint from other guests that night. However, nothing was done about it which I found very upsetting. The whole entire time we were there the hot tub was out of order which was also upsetting. Thank you Jeanae for all your efforts!

The staff was very friendly and everything was very clean.
The room was comfortable and quiet. Food was delicious but sometimes too salty. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Connecting door had an inch gap... hallway door had light shining through all night. Neighbors smoke was pouring into our room. HVAC unit loud. Shower head not working.
The hotel was virtually empty, yet, they put us next to a coughing, hacking, smoking guest, with an adjoining room door.
When we talked to the staff, yes, well that happens some times, sorry.
This hotel's day came and went ...

Recently renovated rooms are nice. Comfortable lounge. Stayed for a class reunion. Meeting facilities and food were good. Exactly what you'd expect for a Holiday Inn. No surprises and isn't that all you want in a hotel?

Excellent stay. I was asked if I would like a late check out, even though i did not know, this was an option. I was greeted and checked in, in a timely manner. The room was very clean and i had a very nice stay overall.

Had 50th Class Reunion this past weekend. From check-in to check-out, everything went perfect. Room was ready as ordered. Arrived early, so was able to eat lunch at Grill. Reunion and reception held on property. Breakfast excellent following morning. Hotel is located adjacent to Rt 495, so easy on/off. Will definitely stay again.

I always check the bathroom first cause a clean bathroom is a must! The bathroom passed my test here! Very clean and comfortable. The beds were great! Firm mattresses and great pillows! And plenty of them, we didn't have to call for extras. We also had a small fridge in the room which is nice. We enjoyed the pool, though it was a little cloudy. We were there to spend time with our daughter who attends Stonehill College and found that it was an easy drive to and fro. Overall we were all very happy with our stay and we are actually considering staying there again in the spring when we return for graduation.

All the 4 girls in the dining room serving breakfast were terrific. They greeted me daily with big smiles and after a few days knew my preferred breakfast. Service was great and made me feel special.

overall nice clean place friendly staff all around. Rooms clean and comfortable. A tad expensive but it includes a full training room and pool. They have a exercise club that uses the site and you can attend classes too!
