Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible Beds and slow bar service This was a disappointing stay. The Beds are so uncomfortable. The walls are too thin. The lunch Bar service was super slow. Some one doing bills can't do basic math. There were 3 errors on my bill. February 2, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place Stayed there last weekend in January. Staff was great. Front desk had reservation ready and check-in was a breeze. They recommended several places to eat, in addition to their own restaurant. Room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet is great, especially fresh omelette station. Cook made my omelette to order - one of the best I have had in a very long time. Waitstaff was very attentive. Very nice selection of food in the buffet. Only drawback, changed the cinnamon french toast recipe. Travelling companion was looking forward to the cinnamon french toast all week and was disappointed that is had changed. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by What changed? I stay at this hotel every time I visit my company in Easton, MA for past 14 months. This used to be an outstanding hotel and I wrote great comments about the hotel. It seems the management forgot to run a quality hotel. My last two visit s were so bad, now I have decided not to stay there and redirect our company to other near by hotels. On my arrival front desk chose to give my room to someone else and down grade my room to a dirty 6th floor room back in the hallway. When I asked why? She said she is new and day people took all the good rooms and left her bad ones. I could not believe her comments. The bathroom was missing some towels and soaps. The house keeping forgot to flush the toilet. Hotel use to have one the best restaurants and they know me and what I order. New cook? I don't know but I ordered a simple omelet for breakfast but it looked like some one dropped it on the floor before serving it to me. What changed? Very embarrassing. January 22, 2016
