Hard to believe... that a hotel of this stature cannot accept Canadian debit cards from a major Canadian bank; and even more surprising that they cannot reverse charges on a credit card at check out and accept a cash payment.

surprisingly nice for my expectations of a Holiday Inn. Very comfortable matresses. A pillow menu! Very clean bathroom.
On the down side, breakfast was a bit pricey. I wouldn't have minded but the service was atrocious the two mornings we ate there. Once seated, it took a good 15 minutes before someone took my order. I got tea, which came with luke warm water and no offer of a refill. No offer of a glass of water. And no returning waitress to ask if we wanted anything. I signed the check to the room because if I waited for her to come back to settle the bill, I'd still be sitting there.
The faucet in the bathroom leaked all over the counter. The shower was extremely hard to turn on (I had to turn it on for my adult daughter because she wasn't strong enough to pull it out.) One of the beds creaked loudly with every move.
Even with these issues, the room was comfortable and much nicer than I expected from a Holiday Inn. It was a satisfactory experience.

This HI was great, it was close to work and had many extras that made my stay enjoyable.
The staff was fantastic very profesional and curtious.

My family and I have been traveling in this area for years and because this hotel is close to family have always stayed here. Since that time I began working in hotels myself and so now look at hotels through eyes that are, possibly, more critical than the average guest. With this in mind I rate this property and its staff a 10. From Danny at the front desk to Jamie in the restaurant everyone is exceedingly friendly and helpful. I would like to give Jamie a special shout out as by the third day of our stay she knew what most members of our party were going to order based on the past two days. The hotel is well positioned to easily access route 495. The rooms were very clean and fresh and the Queen room I was in had an abundance of floor space. Over the years our needs have changed as our kids have grown but our needs are still met. I will never give up the option to order room service a full service hotel gives me! Thank you everyone.

The hoteal was not business friendly at all. The rooms were outdated. The price of the hotel is twice of what I would have expected for the quality of what I got while onsite.

The woman at the Registration Desk was extremely efficient and personable, so we were checked in and in our room before we knew it. The room was spacious with a more than adequate bathroom. The pool at the lobby level is unusually large with regulation lanes for lap swimming (unexpected). Clean, quiet. HBO in the rooms as well as numerous basic channels. A great staging area for driving ti the Cape.
