Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Bed, poor food quality Depends what you want to use the hotel for and budget. Not value for money at all. Painters and decorators banging till late. Food quality is poor in the bar lounge and breakfast. Poor service in breakfast restaurant, including items not even available to select. What was left was dry and stale. Poor experience all round, apart from Reception, very quick check in and out and free parking. April 25, 2016

Every staff member we encountered from the front desk to the breakfast staff in the morning were incredibly helpful and pleasant. They all went the extra mile. The room was comfortable, the shower is particularly good. Breakfast had plenty of options and the common areas are a relaxing area to wait in. April 23, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Paint. Stayed here many a time and always had good service and this time was no different. The downside is that the room had recently been repainted and the smell of paint in the room was noticable. This was mentioned to reception on my departure. This in no way made my stay uncomfortable. I used the gym, and the pool very good. I found the staff friendly and helpful in all departments. April 18, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Basic A business man’s mid-week stop over hotel / motel extremely basic accommodation, very small rooms more in line with a budget product and certainly not worth the price. The hotel gym is poor with out of date equipment and changing rooms dirty with floors covered with water. The self-service breakfast was ok-ish some of the cooked items dried out and hard, been out to long, the cold meats had seen better days. Coffee good. Staff where happy and nice but a bit dim, ask about an upgrade of room with reply “what’s upgrade mean”. Is there any bread rolls I asked at breakfast “what’s a bread roll” … a bit of a worry. I do realize the high mid-week price is due to suppler and domain because of easy access from the M5 but you do came away thinking you have been taken advantage of. April 17, 2016
