Great friendly staff. Excellent location and excellent leisure facilities which had long opening hours even on bank holiday.
Only downside was breakfast was quite expensive so ate at the nearby Harvester

this was the second time we have stayed here and as last time it was a great experience. great value as we used the advanced saver. the pool etc is lovely and the choice for breakfast rivals any 5 star hotel i have stayed in. large comfortable rooms but was a tad disappointed that you are expected to pay for internet access. food and drinks are rather expensive too and a round cost a different price each time we bought the same drinks. we will definately return.

Been using this hotel now for many years as a stopping point when traveling to Cornwall or returning home from Cornwall. Really nice place with an excellent lounge area and bar staff who my wife says make the best Irish Coffee (outside Ireland) she has had. Always book well in advance to get the best deal possible.

When you look at simular hotels in the area Holiday Inn was very good value for money, booking a few weeks in advance and getting breakfast included made it even more good value. thanks for identifying our needs and giving us an up-grade. Will certainly be back and consider using Holiday Inn in other areas.
