Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by PET FRIENDLY? I understand a hotel wanting to be "pet friendly!" I would suggest they put all the "pet toting customers" on a specific floor and not intermix them with regular travelers. A loud barking dog during my stay was very annoying! January 20, 2015

First would be Ciara she is always friendly and willing to help in anyway possible. Second would be Tracy she also is always very friendly and goes that extra mile to make guest feel welcome. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No rest here This was the worst Holiday Inn stay ever. I don't know where to start. The noise from the indoor pool with so many kids, the boy riding his skateboard up and down the hall on the floor above us or the horrible filth in the bar. I have never seen so much dirt and dust on liquor and juice bottles behind a bar. The under the counter light just amplified it. The stickiness and cherry stems laying on the bar were just gross. The woman working there was going on and on about how hard she works but it must be at another job?? The barmaid would not serve me a ginger ale from the bar without ID (I'm 50). I walked all the way back to my room for my license but never saw her again and my soda was waiting on the bar. The tv was screwed down to the dresser which was too low for viewing. The electrical outlet fell apart when we plugged something in and the furniture was a disgrace. It needs to be replaced or refinished since it was just worn and scratched to death. The girls at the front desk were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good but that's it. I've never experienced any of this before. January 7, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great people The first stop in the lobby is the service desk. The front desk person ell are great. Room was ready, check in took less than 5 minutes. Staff was polite and helpful, always smiling and wishing you a good day whenever you enter or exit the lobby. Rooms are clean and quiet. I look forward to my next stay at this Holiday inn. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Happy New Year The staff was great, the rooms were wonderful, and we were on the secured 5th floor. We couldn't hear any of the New Years festivities going on on the first floor. The pool and hot tub were jam-packed with little kids making it very undesirable for our party of adults to go in. We expected quite a few people since we were there overnight for New Years Eve but there were people coming to the pool area with their coats on carrying gifts so there must have been a party with people who were not guests of the hotel. Disappointing since we had paid to stay. We did get a pass for two free breakfasts (included in each room). The food was good but not worth the money had we had to pay for it. Overall, it was a great stay. We have stayed there before and will again. January 3, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great place for relaxing and kid friendly me and my family stayed for three days for holiday/family time/mini vaca. check in was great and fast. room was neat and clean. the bathroom was clean and smelled clean (I am a germ freak, but this was a clean, fresh smell, but not over-powering). the pool was nice and the area around pool was kept picked up. check out was a breeze. it was a nice experience overall.
