Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A very good facility. A very good all inclusive hotel. the room accommodation was clean comfortable. We ordered breakfast in. It was one off the most memorable we've had. Hot homemade muffins, eggs to order, crisp bacon, I wish I was having it right now. The only problem we experienced was the Air conditioner controls, the speed fan is to high even on low, making us uncomfortable. October 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect Spot for an Extended Boston Run I picked this hotel principally because I could not afford the Route 128 corridor for an extended stay in Boston. The hotel did not disappoint. Before reservation, I was able to contact the hotel and arrange shuttle service in advance to and from the local commuter train stations. The shuttle drivers, Paul and Ray, were thoughtful, attentive, and punctual. I made it into Boston early and was able to return late. The Bar was a nice spot. Lisa and Tim were quite outgoing and the food was just right. I really enjoyed the Teriyaki Steak Tips. Breakfast also hit the spot on Wednesday morning-and I think the Manager's Reception should be more often-I'm glad I was able to catch it. The hot tub provided a much needed retreat at the end of each day and the room was quite spacious and gave me plenty of room to spread out and relax. Finally, my compliments to all the staff I dealt with,beyond Paul, Ray, Lisa, and Tim. With the ready availability of shuttle service to the Commuter Rail, convenience to I-495, and avoiding the inner orbit of Boston, I absolutely recommend this hotel-and would be happy to return for a future stay. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by queen suites on the first floor by the driveway Hotel was fine overall (in keeping with Holiday Inn standards) with very convenient access to highways. Only complaint was the location of our queen suite, on ground level at the driveway in front of the main entrance. As one who enjoys natural light, it was disappointing to have to keep the curtains drawn to maintain privacy. We were told by front desk staff that all of the queen suites were in the same area. Poor choice of location for premium accommodations. October 6, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Average hotel, rude staff Was here for a wedding, had two front desk clerks that did not acknowledge me standing at the desk for several minutes and were not friendly while checking in or out. A friendly "be with you in a second" would have sufficed. Had another discontented employee at the breakfast buffet who acted as though the wedding party was a burden. Overall the hotel was average but the staff was older, unhappy and could use service training on how to treat customers. October 5, 2014
