This is my second stay at this hotel and it is bad. The staff is rude and no helpful at all. The night desk manager is not interested in helping guests and the rest of the staff seems more preoccupied with the computer of phone than the room. Rooms are really expensive for the area and then they try to charge $12 terrible breakfast that others service for free. I only stay here when the other hotels next door which are way nicer and cheaper are booked.

I am an IHG platinum member and can't for the life of me figure out what good that did me during the 3 - 1 week back to back stays I made at this hotel in April/May of 2016.
My USB flash drive got infected with a virus from the PCs in the business center, which were about 100 years old.
The mattresses are hard and uncomfortable.
The electrical outlets that are part of the desk lamps just do not work (and the maintenance engineer told me this himself when he arrived in my room to help me locate a working outlet).
A "deluxe" suite was a handicapped room with adjoining room that had a sofa and refrigerator in it.. Both rooms were run down.
The heating/cooling units are far too loud to have running when trying to sleep.
Tour buses load and unload passengers at all hours and they park directly next to the "deluxe" suites on the first floor.
