After exiting the airport grounds keep on driving straight. Pass the first traffic light and continue driving straight. After approximately 1 km the road is divided into two directions. Follow the left direction to city center. As you will be reaching city center through Nea Egnatia street & after approximately 13.5 km drive, you will meet on your left hand side “Helexpo” the international trade fair grounds. At this point, continue driving straight throughout Egnatia street. After driving for about 1,5 km you will reach Democracy Square, a large intersection. This is where Monastiriou street starts, as extension to Egnatia street. Holiday Inn Thessaloniki is located at Nr 8 on Monastiriou street, on the right hand side at the second block (200 m prior to railway station). Reaching the west entrance of the city by following the National Road of Athens - Thessaloniki, follow 26 Oktovriou str., leave the Courthouse to your right and continue towards the Democracy Square. At the first traffic light that you will meet, turn left at Monastiriou str., which is the extension of Egnatia str.
