Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Nie wieder! Mein Besuch im Holiday Inn Thoiry - Geneva Airport war leider eine negative Überraschung von A-Z. 1. Transfer unmögliche Wartezeit, dann unmöglicher Weg. Dauer 1.25h anstatt 15 Minuten!!! 2. Zimmer eiskalt und völlig lieblos, eher "Absteige". 3. Essen im Hotelrestaurant: Eine Zumutung! December 21, 2014

I had to put the shower head on "massage" in order to get any pressure at all. Additionally it sometimes took very long for the water to get warm, had to wait up to 10 minutes on several occasions to get any warm water December 9, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by A disgrace This hotel had been used by a colleague in the past and had been adequate for business. When we booked all seemed fine using the IHG membership numbers. However when we arrived at 10.15pm we were told the hotel had not facilities available no bar no restaurant and no room service. None of which was mentioned at the time of booking. The staff were totally unhelpful. The following morning feeling ready for breakfast I found the poorest selection I have ever seen on offer in a hotel in one of the meeting rooms. There was not even tea available, the lady serving when she eventually put in an appearance said coffee or fruit tea only. In a manner that did not allow for further discussion. The worst part was the total indifference of the staff not our problem. December 2, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Remote location With Poor Transport Options The hotel was very remote. It had no restaurant, no pool and the shuttle ran once an hour (the shuttle drivers were very considerate and likeable). Transportation to the city involved taking the shuttle to a public tram, which was okay, but the last shuttle run was at 10:00, so you had to leave the city by 9:00. One bright spot was the woman (sorry, don't know her name) that worked on the front desk, she was quite pleasant. The room itself was fine. November 13, 2014
