Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good experience but sadly no upgrade Good afternoon, I had " stays with you in March - On the first from 11. - 12.03. I got an upgrade due to my status as a platinium member but sadly no points nor it counted as a qualifying night. On the second from 17. - 18.03. I got now the points and night counted, because I asked particulary for it but did not get an room upgrade.... Please review my stays and if possible add up the missing points. In general I enjoyed the stay with you, as the quality of the Hotel and the service is always good to exellent. April 1, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best in the Area Over the past year I have spent many days in Geneva area hotels and this one is the best in terms of value, customer friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The staff here always acts like they want my business and is willing to help me in any way they can. This hotel is just outside Geneva and far enough away from the airport that it is quiet and peaceful. If it had a fitness center it would be perfect. March 19, 2013

The rooms are nice, staff is friendly, there is a shuttle bus service to and from the airport, and the car can even be left on the parking -if asked at reception- whilst travelling from Geneva airport. Prices are reasonable compared to equivalent hotels on the other side of the border. February 19, 2013

We had a nice welcome, polite and efficient staff. Cannot comment on the food as we did not eat, as we arrived late and left early. Would definitely stay again mainly due to great service from the staff and comfortable and lovely rooms. January 3, 2013

We were given lots of helpful suggestions in getting into Geneva (taking Holiday Inn shuttle to the tram stop or to the airport to catch a tram into the city). The breakfast was varied and quite good. The croissants were the best we'd had in Switzerland! We highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if we're back in the Geneva area. November 29, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Night Crew Unfortunately I did not catch the name of the 2 people caring at the front reception desk, but they were friendly, using their sense of humor and professional. I felt welcomed and even received a free drink coupon to use at their bar. The bar tender was also very friendly and even though English was not his forte, he tried his best to understand my bad French. We received 2 drinks for the one coupon, which was very nice since I asked for milk for my 15 y.o. daughter. Sadly my request for "biscuits" was not understood :( But I had an otherwise great experience at this hotel and will recommend it to anyone. November 15, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent place to stay when travelling in Geneva region Thoiry-Geneva Holiday Inn offers a unique place to stay when travelling in Geneva region. Rooms comfort is excellent, (particularly, but not only, Executive rooms), and is appropriate either for relaxing, sleeping or working. WiFi works well. While being located in the countryside (which offers silence and some view on nearby hills), the hotel is easily accessed with the shuttle service which operates every hour (including a stop at nearby CERN - Centre Européen de Recherche Nucléaire). Staff is efficient; I have always been warmly welcomed. Room service is quite helpful, either for a working or TV night. Breakfast menu (American style) offers excellent quality/price ratio. Some nice restaurants and an English pub are within a few minutes from the hotel by car. November 13, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay near the airport We booked our room at this hotel expecting to have a very basic room and were pleasantly surprised with this Holiday Inn. The room was large with bright lighting, several chairs and even a walk-in closet. The reception desk was so helpful in directing us to the nearest gas station and also with printed directions on how to return our rental car to the French side of the Geneve airport.
