People work at Executive Lounge are friendly and proactive. They observe my preference and make arrangement accordingly even before I ask.
Never had similar experiences elsewhere during my 20+ years' business travel.

My main complaint about this hotel is that both hottubs were broken and had been for some time. When I asked when they would be fixed I got the reply that maybe tomorrow they would be fixed. I was there 3 weeks and did not see any work being done on them. Also the sauna was broken for the three weeks I was there.

First time staying in this Hotel in Binhai Tianjin. Overall the staff service is excellent from the porter to reservation desk and restaurant. Also treat Platinum member with great respect. One hitch is the toilet shower space. It is too small to move around and the walls in the shower room are not particular clean. Toilet accessories are not complete like what you find in all other Holiday Inn hotels, eg. no shaving kits and no cotton buds. However, overall it has been a great stay.
