Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Robin and Kelly - Does it again This was my second visit to Hunt Valley over the past month and I stayed at the Holiday INN once again. The #1 reason I will keep coming back is Robin and Kelly. They work at the front desk and go out of there way to make every guest feel at home. Aside from the best staff I have ever encountered, the rooms are very clean, and the restaurant on site makes it very convenient. I will definitely be back. I hope that Robin and Kelly are recognized for their superior service. It's not often you find staff like this. September 1, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Not perhaps the Chain's finest, but good nonetheless This property had some of the friendliest staff I've experienced recently. I did not sample the breakfast, but did try the so-so Chili's connected to the hotel. The pool hours were not terrific, nor was its location all that inviting. The rooms were ok, although clearly this is an older property that lacks some of the more contemporary features, and they felt a bit tight. The location was useful, being a half mile from a light rail station into Baltimore. August 31, 2014
