When I called to make sure the pillows in the room were not down, the front desk staff made sure to check with a manager and housekeeping to ensure they gave me the correct information. The resturant seemed to be understaffed during a busy weekend breakfast schedule. Several tables not bused and wait staff not working as a team. Waited 15-20 mins. for service. September 4, 2014
