Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay I stayed at the Holiday Inn Tinley Park for a Food Show. I have stayed their in the past, but this stay was even better. When I checked in Jennifer made me feel welcomed. She called me by name and recognized my priority status. She had my reservation ready and ask if that room would be fine for me or would I like a different room or floor. Jennifer and the other desk clerk joked around with me for a few minutes which made me feel welcomed. When ever I walked by the front desk during my stay I was always called by name. Could not have been a better stay' Will be back. February 23, 2015

The location was very convenient for me for my work for the week, in fact, I'll be booking two more stays with them before my work in Chicago is finished. They have a restaurant on site, very handy and they serve you quickly. So you can get in and out and on with your day (or night!). The staff was friendly and helpfull. The room was clean and large. Free wifi. No free breakfast but the restaurant is open and serving early. February 22, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Front Desk Service I am the Chief Service officer for a large corporation and was previously a Vice President of Customer Service for a fortune 500 company. I understand what good service consists of. I'd like to say that one particular front desk agent provided outstanding customer service. Her name was Jennifer and she was amazing. I have stayed at this hotel several times and will continue to do so in the future. Jennifer greeted me each time with a warm smile and took the time to remember my name. My children and I checked in for the day to use the pool since they were off school that day, and as soon as I walked through the door the front desk staff greeted me in a very genuine way. I might add that I booked our room online about 2 minutes before arrival, and the whole check in process was less than 5 minutes. The staff provided me with certificates for the kids to eat free in the restaurant (2 kids eat free with 1 paid adult I believe). The pool area was extremely inviting, clean, and aesthetically appealing. The pool and hot tub were large and the temperatures perfect. The building engineer seemed to check the chlorine levels on the hour, and the security guard was very friendly, and enquired if we needed anything. The rooms were large, quiet, and perfect. The bathroom was large, well lit, with great water pressure in the shower. I would recommend this location to anyone travelling for business, or just looking for a quick winter break from the cold outdoors on a Monday after school. Great experience! February 12, 2015
