Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect Service (honest) This is the 3rd stay at this location by myself and an associate who is a paraplegic. This was the 2nd stay where at the last minute the staff was able to find us a wheelchair accessible room for 4 nights. I know advance planning is best but when plans suddenly fall apart I am grateful for the prefect service by the Titusville Holiday Inn. I doubt there were any other options within an hours drive for a wheelchair accessible room. We were part of the Press covering the NASA Orion launch we knew hotels were sold out. I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful without exception. Without the "above and beyond" service by Tommie making the needed room available, the extremely long days working at KSC would have been even tougher. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Special Stay The total regular hotel experience was exceptional. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. As a return guest, it felt like returning to a favorite place. In addition to the normal wonderful service, the staff went above and beyond when our dog became ill. They found us a local vet and made sure we were expected. Welcome help was provided for us to load and transport our pet. He is on the mend now and we are grateful to the Holiday Inn Titusville and its staff for exceptional service and caring help. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not the best so excited to be staying at a Holiday Inn. Unfortunately, that was short lived. This was a really mediocre hotel. The "finesse" was not there. Neither was the internet. I was not able to connect to wireless, unless I was standing right at the desk. I do not have a large data package, so I rely on the wireless. Big mistake. The breakfast was so boring, and the same each day. Nothing special. Most of the staff was judgemental and non caring. Very doubtful we will be staying here again. December 1, 2014

SANDRA, front desk, wrote me a condolence card and made reservations for my family for my fathers memorial. Great location, clean and friendly staff. November 30, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by We will be back!! This hotel is awesome! Apon arrival we were very impressed with the lobby "spotless" how friendly and knowledgable all the staff were. We stayed in the King suite and couldn't have asked for more, again SPOTLESS! The bed looked like something out of a magazine and the sheets smelled so fresh we couldn't wait to lay our heads down and go too sleep. Then we flip on the bathroom light "WOW" looked like it came from a custom built home. Our room backed to interstate 95, we were afraid we'd hear the highway noise, didnt hear a thing, fell right to sleep. We were very very happy with our stay and will be booking again for next year. Keep up the GOOD work Holiday Inn you have an awesome hotel there and it shows in the little city of Titusville Fl. November 28, 2014
