Overall the stay was great. My only issue was I wanted to settle with a cup of tea in front of my computer and look for hotels for vacation this summer. The nice lady at the front desk told me this hotel doesn't offer tea in the room (coffee only) and only offer it in the restaurant. I just spent 40 minutes waiting for my take out order in the restaurant. Bummer.
Overall the Hotel is very nice, staff very friendly and the food in Bapa's is very good also.

What a pleasant surprise we had finding this Holiday Inn in Titusville, FL. You should seek this place out if you're visiting the Kennedy Space Center.

Stayed here for one night on a trip to visit Kennedy Space Center. Overall, a good experience. Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Outdoor pool was heated, a nice touch on an unseasonably chilly March afternoon in Florida. My only complaint was the hotel restaurant for breakfast in the morning. Tremendously understaffed. Buffet was low or had run out of numerous items. Other items were cold. Scrambled eggs seemed like they were powdered. Bad enough if it was complimentary, but they charged for it. Would recommend going down the street to the Cracker Barrel for breakfast.

Your front desk staff are wonderful people. Tomi was on duty when we checked in. She was so respectful and thoughtful to make my 91-year-old father feel so at ease and comfortable. We were all taking about the Air Show. She took time to thank my Dad for his service in WWII. She was very thorough in making sure we had all of the services and amenities coming to us through Priority Club. I look forward to returning to this hotel.

I wrote a review earlier (joeken)and for whatever reason, it came out as only 2 stars because of a minor issue with the restaurant--This wasn't fair to a great staff and great facility!!! So for the record, let me say this is a 5 star holiday inn property and I've stayed at dozens as a gold member. It is immaculately clean with larger than average comfortable rooms. Management cares and is responsive - the staff smile and enjoy their work. If you're looking for an objective review-this is it! (I don't work in the hospitality industry or for IHG!!) This Holiday Inn is well worth the value for money!

I recently spent almost 3 months at this hotel due to work, their staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable with huge walk in shower with amazing water pressure. I recommend getting a room on the 2nd floor if you enjoy a very powerful shower. The only downfall is that the lowest temperature setting is 69 but the room was never "hot." The convenience of the hotel restaurant and bar was quite wonderful and made relaxing after a long day very easy. The rate that I had was amazing and the hotel accompadated myself and co-workers in anyway possible. I highly recommend this property whether you are staying for 1 night or an extended trip.

As a Gold Member, I've stayed at many holiday Inns. This one is certainly one of the better appointed, cleaner and nicer hotels. Rooms are clean and large, front desk staff very pleasant and an overall refreshing experience. However, the restaurant may "harsh your mellow". On our visit, the restaurant was very busy-but did not, for some reason, have a waiting list or provide chotel guest with an estimated wait time - wgich is routine for most restaurants. Many other hotel guests that we spoke with waited, uninformed in the lobby, with no list of names to be called or sense of timing. We eventually suggested the hostess take names on a list as a start - even if they couldnt tell us the wait time #there's not many restaurant options of this apparent quality nearby-A Cracker Barrel and fast food#. Another guest told us the wait time for take out was 45 minutes #very reasonable in my view when busy# but 20 minutes to pay. The front desk eventually referred us to an excellentseafood place a short drive away in Titusville- a surprising and EXCELLENT value experience #Lobster meal for $20#. In summary, the hotel is is great- but the restaurant needs some help.

Most everyone was very attentive and helpful except for my first night in the restaurant where the waitress was more interested in discussing fishing with another person than performing her working duties. It took me about 20 minutes to get my check because of this.

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Front desk made us feel welcomed. Had keys and packet all prepared ahead for a quick check in. Very clean and comfortable property, and those beds...we're amazing. Will stay here again if back in the area without a doubt!!

The Hotel appears to be a pretty new facility and a good location if you are going to visit Kennedy Space Center and there are plenty of places nearby to eat. Everyone was friendly and courtesy. However, the king side bed we had was too hard and that very unusual for me and my wife. We both have back issues, we were suppose to stay two nights but we did not due to the bed issue. We were not offered another room.

I have used this hotel twice to stay over night before embarking on a cruise out of Port Canaveral. Very nice hotel. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Location happened to be perfect in proximity to the port. About a 25 minute drive. I definitely recommend this hotel

We made our reservation the same day and were cheerfully greeted as Priority Club members with a room upgrade. When we asked about local food choices, the restaurant in the hotel was recommended, as would be expected. We've not had great meals in hotel restaurants but gave it a try. We're so glad we did! The staff were wonderful and the food was out of this world! We highly recommend this property!

There really is no other place to stay in Titusville that compares to this Holiday Inn. Yes, the price is a little higher than it's comparable neighbors and a good bit higher than non-comparables in the area. If you want a very clean luxury room, first class beds, a great TV and a very good restaurant - do yourself a favor and stay here. Staff is very accommodating and friendly! It is truly the Ritz of Titusville!

The ac was not working properly.
The room key did not work the 2nd day (I had prepaid for the room).
They did not replenish ANY of the toileteries (I got them from the front desk but had to request for them).
NOT SATISFIED AT ALL
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

We were spending 2 days at the Kennedy Space Center so we wanted a hotel that was nearby. There were several choices, however Holliday Inn not only had good prices, it had a bar and restaurant in the hotel. Since we were maximizing our time at the Space Center, we did not want to drive around looking for a restaurant. Check in was a breeze and the front desk staff (Desiree) was very pleasant. Our room was clean and comfortable. There was a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. We enjoyed the camaraderie of the bar while visiting from out of town. There were locals as well as tourist having cocktails in the lounge. The bartender (Shawn) was very attentive, friendly and professional. We had the all-you-care-to-eat hot breakfast buffet in the morning prior to our departure back to K.S.C. We would defiantly stay here again.

I love this hotel. I use to stay at a property across the street and walk over to the Cracker Barrel for dinner. You cannot get wine at Cracker Barrel.
This hotel has a great restaurant/bar. Robert the bartender is GREAT. I have had some good times and met some great people from all over the world sitting at ROBERT's BAR - he owns the place!!
I will not be staying at any other property when I return to this area for work unless this hotel is SOLD OUT!!

We come to Titusville every 6 or 7 weeks and ALWAYS stay at the Holiday Inn. The rooms are extremely clean with one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in, and all of the staff are completely professional. Because our trips are business related, having quiet, clean, comfortable rooms are great but the friendly staff just puts this hotel 'over the top'. I would, and have, completely recommended this hotel to my friends and family. You will not be disappointed.

The sign for this hotel was not visible from Rte 50 and the address given refers to a road that has no visible sign. Upon writing an email to the hotel several days prior to our arrival to receive more complete directions, there was never any response from the hotel.
