Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good venue This hotel served our purpose perfectly in being close to Kennedy Space centre. Had three nights stay . Had to change room because of problem and this was done quickly and efficiently. Breakfast was ok but extremely limited in choice. Had dinner on two nights and the food was excellent and very reasonable priced Feel there should not be such a gulf in standards . From a tourist point of view, there was a surprising lack of leaflets around. Could do much better in this department. But, overall , the hotel did the job for us. Front desk staff very good. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Too expensive for the results Don't expect to receive usual HI quality at this price. Needs to have some training with the employees before things will change. The physical property was a good experience. Clean in most places and a clean smell. The grounds were well maintained and the fitness room was enjoyed and up to date. Expect a clean room. We did not get a bath tub as mentioned in our booking room discription, but a standard shower. May 24, 2014

This is a dog-friendly hotel and staff was very accommodating. Only downsides were the poor cleanliness of common areas and elevator floor and the absolutely cold food on the breakfast buffet - nothing was warm. However, dinner at the restaurant was very nice. Kudos to Holiday Inn for stepping up their standards. I was pleasantly surprised by the great decor, staff, and quality of the restaurant food and service overall. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. This hotel is also in a good location with easy access to the highway, and nearby food choices. I felt perfectly safe and would stay here again. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Second Visit and Still Disappointed. This was my second stay at this hotel in the last year, and both times I have been disappointed by this location. On my first night I woke up at 3:30AM to an 80°F hotel room and a soaked carpet around the air conditioning unit. My guess is that the A/C unit broke during the night. When I complained to the front desk the next morning they said they would have someone look into it right away and absolutely promised to leave a message on my in-room phone letting me know what they found, regardless of if it was fixed or not. When I came back to my room that evening there was no message on my phone. If you are in customer service, don't make promises if you won't keep them. However I assumed the A/C unit was fixed and continued to stay in the same room. On my third night I was awoken at 4:30AM by a "wake-up call". When I called the front desk to complain that I didn't order a wake-up call they told me someone had input into their computer system to provide a wake-up call to my room at 4:30 AM for the remainder of my stay, which I never requested. The front desk apologized, and apologies are nice but 3 more hours of un-interrupted sleep is nicer. Basically I lost out on two out of four nights of full rest due to inadequacies on the part of the hotel/staff. I find it appalling that after all of my stays at IHG brand hotels, this hotel in particular hasn't failed to let me down. April 22, 2014

Very helpful, friendly and also direct personnel. Having worked in the house keeping industry as a personnel manger they obliviously have a staff that's "committed to excellence's" . I always look to see how neat clean the lobby and rooms are. They didn't disappoint me. Can't think of anything that was less than excellent. By the way, price of rooms and dinning are more than fair for the quality you'll experience. April 18, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by we couldn't figure out how to shut the curtains The darkening curtains did not close (or so we thought) so the outside light shining at our window made our room almost as bright as day which made sleeping VERY difficult. I failed to report it until we were checking out 2 days later, and then was told the "secret" to them. I felt so foolish when I realized the problem could have been solved the first night. Perhaps a sign should be placed on the wall beside the windows for others like myself who do not want to complain, or who cannot figure things out, saying how to darken the room. April 9, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect stay for a Space Coast visit We stayed 2 nights to visit family and to see the Kennedy Space Center. I had heard the Holiday Inn was recently renovated, so I wanted to stay. Turned out to be the best decision! Lobby was inviting, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean, as well as the bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows, and we had no problem falling asleep. Very quiet all around! The restaurant was great, we loved the food and service. It was easy to find, and a simple drive to the Space Center, which is a must see! Thanks for making our stay, although short, a very pleasant experience! April 2, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not typical of the chain I'm a fairly frequent business traveler. I almost always stay in a Holiday Inn/Holiday Inn Express. They are typically great places with responsive staff. I think I hit the Titusville one on a bad day. I asked for a room as high up as possible and got the third floor, out of five. The thumping from the fourth floor continued until 10:30 PM. When I asked about moving rooms in the morning, I was told to just call the desk the next time it happened. Next night, same result. My bad for not calling the desk. The restuarant staff were great and responsive. The room was clean and comfortable. There's a Cracker Barrell within walking distance and the property is safe. It was raining so no pool and the fitness center was really small. March 29, 2014

I have always been pleased with Holiday Inn so we found this one on the internet and it met our needs. Hotel was clean, room was spacious, and beds were comfortable. They did not care that my wife was handicapped and needed it colder to sleep. I will never stay here again. March 26, 2014
