I received very bad service from the valet who just stared at me while I was picking my luggage from my car´s trunk, never asking me if I needed help!. After a while and eventhough he noticed that I was having problem carrying all my bags he just pointed me that I needed to park my car in the middle of the park stripes, so I had to go back, put my stuff inside the car again and park while he left. By the way he never told me that the elevator was out of service.
One of the waiters that same night looked at me as if he was doing me a favor when I gave him the free drink welcome cupon and tell him that I was not going to have dinner. He almost snatch me the menu chart !
Nevertheless, I receive a good service from the rest of the staff but you have to be careful with some of its members because this pair definitely have a lack of service attitude.

Me he hospedado en este hotel tres veces en las últimas 6 semanas y en ninguna ocasión ha funcionado la piscina. Las toallas están descuidadas y deshilachadas, se ven muy usadas. El peor punto es el restaurante que tiene un PÉSIMO servicio. he tenido problemas con facturación que no pueden resolverme, hasta llegar al punto de mandarme cualquier factura para salir del compromiso. Ordené room service y me tomaron mal la orden, me llevaron un platillo adicional que no pedí y con una mala actitud me respondieron que eso había pedido, pero que verían si podían hacer algo por mí, y ni siquiera pudieron emitirme un ticket correcto para este servicio, tuve que solicitar la facturación a la recepción del hotel. Por favor atiendan el problema que tienen en el restaurante, en verdad que es una experiencia muy desagradable su atención.

The facilities are good , the staff helpful and pleasant . But I had the bad experience that there was no menu in my room and could not select and order any dish . I called room service and they said that they were going to send one , after 10 minutes , the menu had been sent , I called on the phone , this time , the front desk to ask for the menu , they apologized and said they they were going to send one immediately , 15 minutes later nothing .
I called again to the desk and after about 10 they could not send me a menu yet. Finally someone came up with a menu, and three minutes later a second.
I finally got my food but my drink was served with bottle cap closed and there was not a bottle opener in the room.
I believe that in this hotel they have some problems with the restaurant because other guests had complained about it.
I received an apology from the manager and he said they are working on solving these issues.
The food is of average quality , I think they have to improve , because the prices are for better quality .
The staff is friendly and helpful , which is the best part of this hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is the excellent care of all the staff ... the rooms are very well insulated from outside noise and are spotless and comfortable ... the only weakness of this hotel are the restaurant breakfast foods. The cook can not cook fried eggs. It makes them very bad. The attention of the restaurant staff are excellent and are very friendly.
