Después de 12 horas tuve que regresar a pedir factura ya que no la recibí y en 2 minutos se arregló ( después de 12 horas) Pedí se incluyera el costo de taxi en la factura y me indicaron que el servicio de taxi recibía tarjeta de crédito y hacia factura. Fui al servicio de taxi y me dicen que no aceptan tarjeta de crédito y no hacen factura. Después de varios ratos de espérenme, por fin me aceptan tarjeta, les pido factura y me indican que durante ese día ( martes) recibiría la factura. Hoy es viernes, he llamado diario y me dicen que hable a recepción, que van a ir a la oficina y que me la envían, puras mentiras. No tienen el mismo servicio de los hoteles de su misma cadena. Que desgracia. Tengo reserva con ustedes para la semana de 9 de marzo, pero la voy a cancelar para no sufrir. February 28, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad restaurant service,past guest reviews and not improvement Dear IHG Members and hotel staff., my stay was in some way expecting dont be like what i read at past reviews but after get my stay i confirm the Reataurant staff and manager need back to the training class or hire new staff. what i can assume the hotel manager is whos lead the problem as was absent the times i try to talk to him and request at the front desk. This hotel service for the category have to be downgraded or get a deep supervsion from the IGH group as much guest already complian about it. Food are just 4 main dish for a buffet with out any imagination,not names of the dishes or category is beef ,pork or chicken if you are lucky to find some,they main full of chilaquiles and quesadillas that you can find at any holiday inn express.,remember this are not express one. the bread was hard and cold as many days storage ,the food surely are not fresh made and is totally dissapointment the staff service there. i have to noted the system send me by return my previous email saying cannot show my review,hope this time can published. the invoice was made wrong and already requested the amended by email ,as other customer mention there is no reply also in my case. good luck and wish better stay. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bad service from valet and waiter I received very bad service from the valet who just stared at me while I was picking my luggage from my car´s trunk, never asking me if I needed help!. After a while and eventhough he noticed that I was having problem carrying all my bags he just pointed me that I needed to park my car in the middle of the park stripes, so I had to go back, put my stuff inside the car again and park while he left. By the way he never told me that the elevator was out of service. One of the waiters that same night looked at me as if he was doing me a favor when I gave him the free drink welcome cupon and tell him that I was not going to have dinner. He almost snatch me the menu chart ! Nevertheless, I receive a good service from the rest of the staff but you have to be careful with some of its members because this pair definitely have a lack of service attitude. November 29, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Decepcionante Me he hospedado en este hotel tres veces en las últimas 6 semanas y en ninguna ocasión ha funcionado la piscina. Las toallas están descuidadas y deshilachadas, se ven muy usadas. El peor punto es el restaurante que tiene un PÉSIMO servicio. he tenido problemas con facturación que no pueden resolverme, hasta llegar al punto de mandarme cualquier factura para salir del compromiso. Ordené room service y me tomaron mal la orden, me llevaron un platillo adicional que no pedí y con una mala actitud me respondieron que eso había pedido, pero que verían si podían hacer algo por mí, y ni siquiera pudieron emitirme un ticket correcto para este servicio, tuve que solicitar la facturación a la recepción del hotel. Por favor atiendan el problema que tienen en el restaurante, en verdad que es una experiencia muy desagradable su atención. November 26, 2013
