Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by uncomfortable room, old fashion room 3 years that i booked a room at this hotel. unfortunatly, i am more and more disppointed by a so poor interest to refurbish , clean and create a new design of this hotel. armchair totally destroyed, old fashion plastic bathroom, old gym tools in the fitness center (only the name), the only good points are the people are very kind, and the bed quality is quite good... for the breakfast, they have their partner focks and fiddle: a so poor, non healthy and very expensive restaurant with problem of hygiène (a team member told us)!!!! it is not at level of Holyday inn group and the image of the hotel chain is damaged by this hotel. the other good point is location. competition is providing good rate too now also downtown !!! The MAJOR downside is the breakfast area. It is dirty and in a really bad state of repair. It is dragging the whole property down. June 22, 2015
