We have stayed at this location several times recently. The staff are excellent particularly Stefan & Thiru at the Front Desk who are friendly, personable, helpful, accommodating and responsive! The rooms are generally comfortable particularly being upgraded to a small suite with king bed and sitting room with two TV's. Unfortunately, the new televisions do not have full screen pictures. Surprisingly, staff were not aware and apparently no previous complaints. We were disappointed with the online room price which was high compared to prior visits and other Holiday Inns in the general area. We were told this was because of a large group booking and scarcity of available rooms.
The food and ambiance of the chain restaurant was disappointing and the restaurant was quite cold.

Only 2 real issues,
First as already stated Internet elite service requirements, second, heating unit in room was at times noisy. Had to keep low fan speed or a rattling noise occurred.
