Clean room in great location. Rooms were a little small for a family of 4 but we were notified by the front desk staff upon check-in. Would stay here again

The Hotel on Carlton Street in Toronto suits all of my business travel needs. The rooms are always clean and well stocked. The staff is always friendly and accomodating. The hotel is close to everything I need--the Subway, grocery store, restaurants.

The hotel is so convenient for shopping and dining out. The staff were excellent! Food was good as well.
They should be more informative as to how to get to the parking lot on the website. Rooms near the elevator are noisy but other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

Was a nice room overall but the cable didn't work too well as that's the main thing to do in a hotel, the windows were dirty as the view was nice but could'nt see it all too well. The only option i had for breakfast was the pricey buffet or pricey cereal and fruit. ended up going to Coras the second morning.

Hotel room was clean and well serviced but needing updates. Very cool morning showers each day were disappointing.

Asked for a King regular room, didnt think twice as most King rooms are large. Came to hotel, no mention about parking around back. Fought traffic while looking for parking. underground parking is a dirty maze without good signage. check in process was quick. Waiting for the elevators is another story. Old noisy elevators that fist maybe 6 people comfortably. got to the room, thought we opened the door to a storage closet. Very small, 3 foot window lets in so little light because this room is tucked into the building between two walls. The room itself was very small. VERY SMALL. Tiny bathroom with very little room to move. $185 dollars including parking ($28 to park overnight) No value here!
