Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice and comfortable I enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn, the first time staying in Holiday Inn since the 90s. This location was close to everything, and my king suite was nice, quiet and comfortable. I am dismayed that the archaic deposit system continues to hold $100 of my money 3 days after the checked out. I called the hotel and they said they it should be released within 5 to 7 business days. This is unacceptable. Because of this policy, I may not stay at Holiday Inn again. I'm used to checking into a hotel, paying at the end, and not having my funds held hostage days after I leave the country. January 22, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by it was good our xperience was good except the heat in the room was terrible, we told the front desk about the room being cool and they sent maintenance up to our room, he told us to turn the heat up, We had the heat up to 95 in the room and it was still cold because the air conditioner was not sealed in so we packed towels around it to keep some heat in the room, after we closed the curtains for the night we would wake up to the window being full of frost from top to bottom January 19, 2015

I find it quieter in the halls at night, service is excellent overall, and rooms are on the small side for Toronto standards but beds/pillows are really comfortable. My bedrooms are always spotlessly clean including bathrooms. Public spaces similarly well cared for. Restaurant staff are very attentive, kind and helpful and there is a good basic menu range of really tasty food. I stay frequently and receive very professional, personalized service. Staff go out of their way to be personal and kind. Always feels like coming home when I stay here every second week for work purposes - and I will keep coming back! January 18, 2015
