Easy access to and from airport. Beds and bathroom were very nice. I think the bathroom floor was heated. Fresh coffee in lobby made for refreshing end to my holiday inn stay.

We stayed here last Thursday as we were enroute to Niagara on the Lake the next morning with friends coming from downtown Toronto. The airport shuttle was very convenient and not much of a drive to get to the hotel. The front desk staff on check in and then Friday morning were exceptional.
The room was great and the complimentary internet is a good feature. The 24 hour availability to the fitness room is a big plus for us. We particularly enjoyed the pools which are long enough to do lap swiming whether you choose to go to the indoor pool or adjacent outdoor pool.
Some of the common areas were under active refreshing and they needed it. The restaurant and bar were both good. We felt we had good value when we opted to go with the "buffet breakfast included" option.
The pricing overall was quite good. We'd definitely stay here again if we were in a stop over situation.

It was nice it was so close but it smelled like old wet carpet. This hotel is good for a short stay.I dont know how I would have done it if I had more than one small child. The bathrooms were very small.

I was apprehensive before my stay because this hotel was built in the 1980's while the other location was a newer build. I was not disappointed one bit. The rooms are well appointed with extremely comfortable beds and beddings. The tv channels are just enough to keep you entertained and the writing desk and seating desk were ideal as they gave me variety in where I could sit to read, write and work. The two pools really are a treat and they're salt water too! No powerful chlorine smell or ridiculously dry skin. The food in the restaurants were a little over priced but you pay for the convenience of not having to go out. I'd definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean and comfy. Resturant served a nice buffet breakfast. Pool could have been cleaner, however it didn't bother the kids! All in all perfect for us.

This hotel, almost across the street from the Toronto Airport, provides excellent service. The staff are extremely polite and friendly not to mention quite accommodating. While the facilities eg: indoor pool were unused, they were available.

I was pleasantly surprised. Usually don't stay at holiday inns but after seeing this hotel on line I took a chance. Beautiful hotel, clean, wonderful pools, jacuzzi, and sauna for my kids. Breakfast buffett was a great way to start our day. We drove to Toronto but took advantage for the free airport shuttle. The airport shuttle took you directly to the bus terminal and dropped you at the subway system. Shuttle ran every 20 minutes so we did not take our car downtown and worry about parking! Staff was very friendly. Asked for a late checkout and they didn't hesitate to let us stay an extra hour for the kids to swim before we left.

I interacted with 4 employees, and not one smiled durring my visit. Also, when you visit the restaurant, they tell you that IHG rewards members get 10% off, but if you bill this to your room, they do not honor this.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Toronto Airport from August 18 - 24, 2013. The Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. Our room was clean and spacious and the beds were quite comfortable. We enjoyed the free Wi-Fi internet though at times it was very slow. I would definitely return to this Hotel.

This hotel is very convenient to the Pearson airport and the free shuttle is a great benefit. The lobby and restaurant are very clean and the staff is wonderful. Once you step into the elevator things go down hill with dirty carpets and finger prints everywhere. The hall way carpets look like they never get vacuumed but the rooms are clean.

I have stayed here before and really enjoyed it. This visit was different though. We arrived late and put the kids to sleep. When we turned on the AC it was a disaster. It was like a two bit motel I could not make a change late in the night since the kids were sleeping, but for a hotel to rent or a room with an AC unit so loud you cannot sleep, is beyond me. It was room 1012. I hope it was an oversight on your part.

Not what I expect from Holiday Inn. Poor quality room decoration grubby and in need of replacement.
If all you need is a room then it was ok but not to be recommended!

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Jmstkr not comparable to other Holiday Inns
have stayed at many holiday Inns but this one was way below the standards of the other ones I have stayed at. They have 4 elevators but only 2 were working the whole 3 days I was there. The high chair in the restaurant cannot be up to safety standard because my 1 year olds leg got stuck in it and she was screaming. not one staff member came over to assist. The fire alarm was pulled at 2am, and with 3 young children walking up and down stairs and being woken up all for nothing? It was a copmplete party building, the smell of marijuana was in the hallways, its was extremely disappointing.

Staff were helpful when we needed them (sink plug didn't work) and pool was almost exclusively ours, so visit was great. Suggest not putting people in the room across the ice machine, though, unless the inn is full.

We arrived at 6 a.m. after an exhausting all-night flight. The front desk clerk was able to put us right into a large room with king-size bed and big picture window; the bathroom had a nice soaker tub and the longest vanity I've ever seen -- nice to be able to spread out both of our stuff, and so rare in an airport hotel! We bathed, slept, woke, had wonderful room service burgers for lunch, bathed and slept some more, watched a movie, had a wonderful room service dinner, and emerged the next morning feeling like brand-new people.
I like that you can use your credit card in the vending machines so it's not necessary to have a pocketful of toonies.
I liked the friendly helpfulness of all the staff, particularly the really nice parking lot guy.
Only negative: crazy elevators that went up instead of down, stopped and went down, then back up again; it was a bit nerve-wracking, and we were relieved to finally end up on the correct floor!

Requested for adjoining rooms since I have 4 kids with me but didn't get that. The room was warm even if I brought down the thermostat to 17 and room had a temp of 24. Only 2 elevators were working.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was very good and it was nice to be able to get a gluten free meal.
The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing that I would have liked was a fan in the bathroom, so that when a shower was taken the mirror would not steam up.
Other from that it was great!

We appreciated the flexibility of the front desk staff for allowing us to extend the 15 minute unload/load time limit. We had some logistical issues and needed extra time. As well, the service in the restaurant was impeccable.

Excellent breakfast. Clean warm outdoor pool ( 9' deep end ) as well as indoor pool. Easy access to all freeways and highways. Nice quiet rooms. We will continue to stay here.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Greggo Nice place to conference, but costly to eat there
I found the Holiday Inn near Pearson International Airport to be a very welcoming and relaxing hotel. Being there for a weekend conference, I found the facilities offered by the Holiday Inn to be very pleasing. While the food at the restaurant was of good quality. However, I did sense a certain isolation from a variety of low-cost dining establishments (I'm not sure if that's a criticism of the hotel's location or it's own menu) All in all, I would recommend this place to friends. Thank you.

Overall, this is a fine property. I stay here frequently, but hadn't been in for the best part of a year. No matter -- the front desk clerk and restaurant hostess both recognized me and welcomed me back very warmly. That's a great start.
The rooms are a bit on the cozy side (building dates from the 1960s) but well laid out. Bathrooms vary in size depending which room you get. Beds are very comfortable. A/C units in some rooms blast all the air up under the curtains -- there should be a shield to divert the air out into the room.
The star attraction is not one, but TWO of the biggest hotel swimming pools in greater Toronto -- one indoors, and one outdoors with a nice big garden sundeck area all around it.
Breakfast buffet is not included in most room rates, but offers a fine big selection for the price including treats like grilled tomatoes and mushrooms, fresh fruit, cheese, and cold cuts that many suburban hotels don't offer. Along with these you get all the standard breakfast items as well. And the coffee is a good rich brew.
Like all hotels on the airport "strip", this one has to charge for parking.
If you keep an eye on this hotel for prices, you may get lucky and be able to get it for under $100, and at that price it's a bargain!
Also helps that it is one of the very closest hotels to the airport, so the every-20-minutes shuttle bus ride to get to or from your flight never takes very long.
