Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect Hotel for the South Bay Business Traveller Over the years I have stayed at very very many IHG properties in the LA area. This hotel is most perfect in many ways; it is clean throughout, new comfortable bed, great views, refrigerator that is the correct temperature, minimal obnoxious children guests, very good breakfast with delicious pastries, caring staff, super quiet rooms, very fast internet, Hi-def TV with a very good signal, fast elevators, wonderful shuttle bus, guest room door closer mechanisms that don't shake the walls, visible security in the parking lot, beautiful pool and hot tub that is the perfect temperature, adequate hot water for showers and lastly an excellent value! I wish I had discovered this hotel years ago, especially since it is a very easy commute to LAX and many aerospace customers... I was worried that the proximity to the very busy expressways could be a problem only to find that this is actually a benefit. It would be a worthy endeavor to install a scale in the exercise room so one can weigh their luggage and provide some commercial grade microwave ovens in the common areas. August 31, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Requests ignored by staff and very smelly room Should have been a pleasant weeks stay in a hotel near to where I was working. There was a problem in my bathroom which I reported to staff five times (literally) and each time they said they would resolve the issue and never did. On the final day I spoke with the Manager and told him to fix the problem for the next guest. He apologised, just a bit too late! To really underline my disappointment the points I earned for an 8 night stay were only one nights points. It seems there was an error and I cannot get anyone to respond to my complaint again!! I spend three weeks in four in hotels. Complain once every two years or so if there is a big problem. This was a very disappointing experience for some one traveling from Australia. August 26, 2015
