This hotel was quite surprisingly very quiet with little noise from neighboring guests. The bed was alright but you can't expect the perfect bed at any hotel you stay at. (Meaning you can't please everyone!) I was satisfied. There are also three major freeways very close by and I was not bothered by the traffic noise at all. The atmosphere was very nice and the rooms were very clean.

Holiday Inn is a fine business accomodations choice; clean with an expected level of amenities commensurate with the cost/value. My specific experience, however included a plumbing problems (from an adjacent room? I had not used the bathroom facilities but the tub was gurgling and backing up with blackish water and an associated smell that permeated the rest of the unit) and having to move into another room.

Pros: Lovely customer service all around. Guest room was modern and clean. Hotel atmosphere was relaxing.
Cons: Did not receive enough towels for 4 guests. Paid for breakfast but it was so bad the first morning we did not use our vouchers on the other two mornings.

I've stayed at Holiday Inns very often and as far as this particular Holiday Inn compares, I would have to say it is adequate with one caveat. The particular reason I say that is they have an odd internet policy, where you have bandwidth limited and site limited free wifi. Meaning, you cannot stream Netflix or Youtube without paying additional charges for their internet. Further, my wife was shopping Amazon.com and her iPad was somehow flagged as being on a suspect site, which denied her internet access on the iPad for 2 hours. Even navigating other sites had delays. Even further insult to injury, there was an internet outage that prevented us from surfing for half our stay (1 whole day).
All other arenas of my stay were adequate and comfortable. The staff was friendly, the food decent, though I was served very burnt coffee on my way out the door one morning (10am).
All in all, I depend on solid internet for my job and I spend much my time watching Netflix series' when I relax. It was a disappointment not to be able to relax like I've been accustomed to from other Holiday Inns.

1) Hotel check in and friendly staff of Hotel... Check in, Room cleaning etc....EXCELLENT.
2) Hotel Management... courteous and helpful : Excellent.
3) Breakfast : This could be improved...especially friendliness and courtesy of staff. They were OK...but not up to excellence of Check in Counter staff and Management.
4) Sauna...needs improvement.
(a) Glass Window for public view...NOT normal Sauna Practice.
(b) Since guests must switch on Sauna by ourselves, good if as in other International Hotels, if we could inform some staff that we will be using Sauna in 1/2 hour and someone switches it on.
(c) There was no bucket of water (or even a bucket) in Sauna...that is used to pour water of stones. Increase number of stones so that water will not fall on heat elements below. This is international Sauna practise.
But otherwise, Sauna and Gym area...excellent...clean and comfortable for users.
5) Gym : Excellent Gym facilities...and very good machines. But in absence of a staff in charge,good if instructions are placed on how to use some of the sophisticated machines.

We arrived very late at night and the staff was very welcoming and had our room cards ready and we were processed without delay. The room was clean and comfortable as well as very quiet.

I did not like this hotel. I asked for a bell cart when I checked in. Before I could get one, the bellman and the front desk person has to argue about it for about 5 min. I finally got the cart (and no, the bellman did NOT offer to help!), dragged my luggage to room, and returned the cart - all in about 20 min. About 3 hours later (around 10pm), someone knocked on my door, looking for the cart that I had returned! Seriously?? The workout room was a nightmare. I spent about 10 days at the hotel over 2 weeks - and the treadmill was broken the entire time. The room is tiny, the air does not work, and the room becomes stiffling. Why do they have 3 channels of the same cable cooking show??? I was not happy with this hotel at all.
