Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Consistently Exceeds Expectations This hotel continuously improves. The staff have always exceeded my expectations and have always greeted me with a familiar smile. Mark at the front desk is always pleasant and professional and willing to assist in any way possible. The bartender, Joe, remembers my favorite menu items and greets me by name. The GM, Mohan, is always available to fix a problem or come up with a solution if there's ever a problem. The staff is why I keep coming here. I was happy to see NEW carpeting in my room and a new desk chair. They are always improving the customers' experiences. January 27, 2015

This last stay the TV in my room was not working I called downstairs and was given another room to ensure I did not have to wait for things to be fixed. January 17, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Difficult with service dog Checked into hotel in pouring rain. Gentleman at front desk quizzed me about my service dog that I need for a medical condition. Asked gentleman at front desk where I could bring my service dog to relieve herself. His response - "I have no idea". I took my service dog outside in the pouring rain and finally found a place for my dog to do her business, no thanks to the hotel's representative. Training, training, training - that's what hotels must do to help the guests that visit their hotel. I travel to this part of Northern New Jersey on business every couple of weeks, and this hotel won't be a place where I'll be spending my money. January 13, 2015
