Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Peace First time in Toulouse and a late flight in required a hotel close to the airport. Although I live on a flight path and used to aircraft noise I thought there would be some residual noise from the airport even with the sound proofing built in. Absolute quiet! But what was good also was that blocking out external noise didn't increase noise from adjacent rooms and passage. Over and above this, the stay was what you would expect from a major international chain and it was good that expectations were met. November 16, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Reception staff need customer care training Was on business and stayed in this hotel as have done before. Room I was allocated the wifi didn't wortk. Couldn't call reception as phone didn't work. When I went to reception and explained problem all I was told was that they have had no other complaints about it but he will reset it. No apology. I sat in reception til he had done so. I checked wifi strength all the way up to my room. As soon as my door closed the signal was lost. Phone still not working so had to all the way back down again. Different receptionist this time, she didn't belive me, said it was iPad. I said to her to come and check it for herself which she declined. I asked to change room which I eventually got with a struggle. I know for a fact from my colleagues that faults have been reported previously about this and problems with showers in some room and have not been fixed weeks later. I was also not recognised as ihg member. November 16, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent hotel but poor Service in the Brasserie Ideal hotel for stopover to the airport. Although it was difficult to find. There are two Holiday Inn hotels so be sure to go to the correct one even though they are around the corner from each other! Our stay in the hotel was excellent and the staff at reception were very welcoming but unfortunately we were unlucky when trying to get something to eat. The Steakhouse was closed for the evening and so my children and I had to eat in the bar which was very busy and noticeably understaffed. After volunteering to give our table to a party of four who arrived after us, my two young children and I sat at a high table and stools for our meal. However, the service was very slow which was not at all satifactory with two young, tired children. After waiting half an hour to give our dessert order, the man finally came but by this time it was too late! November 2, 2014
