Our stay was so very relaxing and accommodating, as we were aloud check out time at 1:00pm, eventho we were out by 11:00.
I would suggest that check out time be at 12:00pm.
Front desk employees, always smiling, friendly and attentive.

My car broke down and I was able to make it to the parking lot at the Holiday Inn that was right off the first exit into Trinidad, CO before it stopped working. I was glad that there was a room available and was pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel was - very clean, up-to-date, and the bed and pillows were so comfortable! Room service was great and I was able to find items being gluten and dairy free. The front desk staff was especially helpful with giving me information for local towing and repair places to get my car looked at. Very good overall experience!

This Holiday Inn Express does NOT provide breakfast! The signature positive trademark of Holiday Inn Express is a great breakfast, not at this one. With no warning! Now I wonder if I will encounter this at other Holiday Inn Express? Perhaps stay elsewhere? Dave

We stayed one night with our small grandchildren, the staff was great, and the restaurant staff was terrific with the kids. The only downside was the pull out sofa, the mattress was very thin and uncomfortable.
I will recommend this property to my friends, travelling through Trinidad. Great stay.

I have issue here EVERYTIME I stay here. I called ihg becouse, as a platinum member who spends over $300k in hotel stays every 6 months, getting my points are important to me. I don't seem to recive my points when I stay here 2-3 times a month. Talking with the general manager Pamala, was the worst experience I have ever had with customer service let alone a "general manager". This was such a bad experience I saved a copy of my phone call to show to the actual owners of the hotel. Had to talk to IHG who promptly issued my points wich Pamala said she would not give to me. Worst experience ever! Issues with room everytime we stay here too. There is always an excuse. Instead of blaming the customers why don't you try to fix the issues? First would be to revamp management.

The staff was very nice and accommodating, the room was clean, the beds and pillows were heavenly, while small, the pool was nice and the hot tub was even better. The only thing I could even think to want was a refrigerator in the room. That was a bit inconvenient not to have.
