Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Stay Due to Weather. On Feb 5th, there was a snow storm in Truro. The roads were bad, and I decided to stay in town, rather than drive home, after work. I arrived at the Holiday Inn at approximately 11:30pm. I was met by a very friendly desk clerk. She gave me a room on the 2nd floor. The room was clean, and the bathroom was nice (even though it was small). The bed was comfortable. I had breakfast in the dining room. The server was friendly, and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again due to weather, or for any other reason. February 14, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast Package is a joke I paid for breakfast package on my booking because I like to start my day with two fresh eggs over-easy. This is the only Holiday Inn I know that the breakfast package becomes no value at all if you order their "Steak and Egg" menu. I was hoping that the waiter will charge only the difference. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly and it is conveniently located. There was a great welcome and the restaurant was lively and food very appetizing. This hotel is totally renovated and the rooms are clean, updated and very well kept. I was here on business and recommend this hotel to anyone on business or leisure in Truro. December 10, 2013
