Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location I stayed at this hotel for two nights in Nov 2014. I liked the location as it was close to shopping as well as the highway. The staff were very helpful and responsive. I did not have a great sleep because the pillows were too soft causing your head to feel buried and not enough support especially if you have any neck issues. In addition they were lumpy. I found the temperature of the room to be too cool and the bedding inadequate. Only one sheeet and thin, thin cover. I did find an extra blanket, but it was meant for summer weather. A duvet would have been great. There were no bathrobes in the room, but one was provided upon my request. The robe was extra, extra large to fit a giant. It was difficult to adjust the temperature in the room and when I mentioned this to staff they simply agreed with me. The sound of the heating fan was noisy, so between the cold, the noisy fan and pillows, I did not have a great sleep and the room was not comfortable for relaxing. However, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable; the food was very good and the hotel was clean. Regarding the temperature in the room and the pillows, this is based on my personal preferences; whereas, other guests may find the rooms very comfortable. I did not use the pool so cannot comment on that area. Having said all that, I would have no problem recommending this hotel. November 25, 2014
