Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not Clean, Polite but Slow Service We typically stay at Holiday Inns when traveling and have always had positive experiences. We rented one of the suites. When entering the room, it was obvious it had not been cleaned. There was old fruit in the sink, the dressers and counters were sticky, the window had multiple smudges, and there was hair in one of the beds. We called down to the front and they apologized for the mistake. They politely stated they would move us to another suite, but it would be a few minutes because they wanted to make sure it was ready for guests. My husband, my mother, and two small children removed all our items from the suite and waited for an employee to meet us in the hall to take us to the new suite. After 30 minutes, I went down to the front desk and asked if we could move to the new room. My children are under the age of 4 and were getting very restless. The employee replied she had been held up at the front desk, but would get to our room immediately. The new suite was nice and clean. After getting our new room situated, we went to the indoor pool which was advertised as heated. The water was extremely cold and the hot tub was not in working order. My toddler cried upon putting him the water; therefore, he and I went back to our room while my husband swam with our daughter. Overall, I was very disappointed in our stay. We paid for a nicer room and I would have expected a better experience. The employees were nice, but offered very slow service. May 19, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent service and great staff The front desk agent was very friendly and had good knowledge. The bar tender was also friendly. I thought the breakfast buffet could have been included and not 10.00. If it was I would have eaten there. The rooms were great other than the hair on the dirty bathroom floor. The couch appeared to be worn in the living room area. The beds and linens were nice as well as the room was clean. May 18, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Superior Management I recently had the pleasure of having an event at this property. The manager Kim provided us with the upmost outstanding services. Kim has developed an awesome team. It shows in their willingness to go above and beyond for our needs. Kim continued seeking feedback to improve our experience. We were greeted with warm smiles and helpfulness by Ami and Melissa to help with all check in needs. This same spirit was given by their replacement in Katie. This tree ladies were prime examples of their leadership and team built by Kim. This same professionalism ran true to the kitchen staff which provided excellent meals for our event. They continued the selfless service to care for us. It was a true honor to experience such teamwork and leadership. I understand it these times it is hard to build such teamwork especially with different generations. I think Kim and her staff did an awesome job representing their hotel and the Chain with their service to us. Thank you Kim for this great and awesome experience.
