Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Hotel This is a pretty good hotel. The hotel and room were clean, and modern. There is a restaurant and bar onsite, though food options are limited. The staff were quite pleasant and helpful. The only downside is getting to the hotel. There is one entrance to the plaza, and it is on a main, and very congested road. Besides that it was a great stay, plenty of food options around and some good sushi right in the area to! June 2, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not Clean, Polite but Slow Service We typically stay at Holiday Inns when traveling and have always had positive experiences. We rented one of the suites. When entering the room, it was obvious it had not been cleaned. There was old fruit in the sink, the dressers and counters were sticky, the window had multiple smudges, and there was hair in one of the beds. We called down to the front and they apologized for the mistake. They politely stated they would move us to another suite, but it would be a few minutes because they wanted to make sure it was ready for guests. My husband, my mother, and two small children removed all our items from the suite and waited for an employee to meet us in the hall to take us to the new suite. After 30 minutes, I went down to the front desk and asked if we could move to the new room. My children are under the age of 4 and were getting very restless. The employee replied she had been held up at the front desk, but would get to our room immediately. The new suite was nice and clean. After getting our new room situated, we went to the indoor pool which was advertised as heated. The water was extremely cold and the hot tub was not in working order. My toddler cried upon putting him the water; therefore, he and I went back to our room while my husband swam with our daughter. Overall, I was very disappointed in our stay. We paid for a nicer room and I would have expected a better experience. The employees were nice, but offered very slow service. May 19, 2016
