Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff I stay here for business everytime I come to Tulsa. I find the hotel staff very friendly. Room is clean, hotel is clean. November 10, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor bath tub quality and no soap Disappointed the hallway on the 12th floor smells like an old locker room, the poor quality of bathtub and no soap. I would rather stay at at a express location where they have free breakfast and the rooms are newer. November 10, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Ghost town and bad internet The hotel is marginal but downtown Tulsa is a complete ghost town during the week. Restaurants in the area looked scary so the only safe place to eat is inside the hotel. Internet was extremely slow and only good for transmitting emails. Was on the phone with the hotel's service provider for a very long time but to no avail. Can't really imagine why anyone would choose this location and the bad internet is a good reason to stay away from this particular hotel. Overall my experience was very bad and couldn't wait to get out of the hotel and the horrible downtown district November 9, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fun in the City Great time. Comfortable and Clean. Friendly staff. November 7, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by a great tulsa experience Every time we come to Tulsa for an event we stay at this hotel. Even when sold out there service is always great. They always make sure you are taken care of and have smiles and suggestions. The shuttle is a great advantage that they will take you places and keep you safe. Walking distance to the bok a great place and beds and rooms are clean and comfortable. Only negative is restaurant in site November 7, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Five Star Quality Staff I cannot say enough about how nice and welcoming the entire staff is. They are truly interested in making sure your stay as good as it can be. This started with the gentleman that picked me up at the airport, the front desk staff, room service, everyone. The hotel was very clean, room and furniture comfortable, and was secure. I would recommend to business travelers. November 6, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Balcony and City View I really enjoyed the city view of Tulsa from our room. We were on the top floor and had a little balcony that extended just outside our room. The balcony had a safe stone wall, a small table, and two chairs. The view at night was beautiful. It was unseasonably warm and enjoyable! We even ran into some other Kansas City Royals fans in the hotel bar. The only negative - parking at the hotel garage was $7.00 per night. I didn't really mind the cost so much but I wasn't told about it - only found out when I received my bill! The garage was also undergoing a lot of construction. But I also understand having to pay for parking as the hotel was in the center of downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. Thanks! November 6, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good place to stay for local events. Most everything was very nice except. With all the people there for the event, the elevators were kind of hectic. Also the quality of food $17 per steak in my opinion was kinda high for the quality of steak (over done and dry). Do not waste your money on the $12 breakfast buffet. It is not worth $12 per person. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Okay.. I stayed here and was charged an extra $35 dollars for no reason? Also having to pay $7 to park your own car doesn't seem right to me. The beds were comfy, but the shower mat in the room was wet. November 4, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Middle of Downtown Location is great for business with Downtown. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was not as secure as I'd like to have seen and under construction so hard to get full size truck in it. Does not offer free contential breakfast. All in all a good stay November 2, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Experience I was exhausted after a long trip and not feeling well and the front desk allowed me to check in early and get extra rest. They also helped me order food when I needed it and made sure that everything was perfect. I very much appreciated their service. October 31, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Nice Hotel but Room was fine but there is no fridge or microwave. There is a $7 a night for parking. Expect to pay a minimum of an extra $15 per person for breakfast. So add about $40 per night to the cost of the hotel for two people. October 29, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Value Good value for being in a city. Easy access by car and onsite parking (small daily fee). Restaurant is nicely updated with decent food. October 27, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Stay Everything was great. staff was fantastic. Room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again. October 26, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good business hotel The Holiday in Tulsa is a good business hotel. Overall I had a good stay. The Pros: - Staff - genuinely very nice and helpful. - Clean - the hotel, fitness areas, and room were well kept and clean. The cons: - Parking - with no valet and a parking garage under construction this was not ideal. There were limited spots and I had trouble finding a spot for my large vehicle - The food - honestly, it was pretty gross. The quality is just not there and it felt like "fast food" with the heavy, fatty feeling. October 26, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service We selected this hotel because of central location. Each time we have stayed here, we have found the hotel lobby to be clean and inviting. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We also like the Restaurant and have eaten there several times. We were visiting family in the area and they have joined us several times for meals in the Restaurant. We will return to this hotel with future visits. October 25, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Hotel The hotel staff were nice and effcient. This was fist time at this hotel for business but I will be coming back. October 24, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by michael had a good room and comfortable bed and clean bathroom. no problems October 22, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 great staff and service staff at front desk, restaurant and the shuttle were all very friendly and helpful. October 21, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Always reliable/ great bed I always have a good experience here. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and classy, the restaurant and bar do a great job and have great staff, and the location is very convenient. The only fly in the ointment was one of the elevators was out of commission. That really clogged things up in the morning. Overall a very nice stay. I will be back October 19, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice, pet-friendly hotel We were in Tulsa for a concert and stayed at the HI because it was pet-friendly and within walking distance of BOK Center. The pet rooms are on the 3rd and 4th floor and we were able to get a nonsmoking king room, always a plus. They had elevators to bring the dogs down in, but there is not a lot of grass available to walk. We went across the street to a side lot of another business. We found a great Mexican restaurant on our way to the concert (5 blocks walk) and ate there. After the show, we stopped in the hotel bar for a nightcap. Staff was friendly and we would have stayed longer but the AC in the bar was broken and it was really hot in there. Nonetheless, we had a good time and it was a good value for downtown Tulsa. Would stay there again. October 19, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by feedback If you would like feedback. I know people don't like smoking. I thought the patio by the pool area was very nice for smokers to enjoy sitting down with a beverage and relaxing. If there would have been children or non-smokers present, it wouldn't have been enjoyable. If in the future, you could design a smoking inside/outside room, with some ventilation since there will probably be several smokers, would be nice. Most smokers respect others who don't and we don't mind going somewhere else. But if it is in the cold or hot outside, then it is hard to enjoy that moment we choose to light up. October 15, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not what I expected from Holiday Inn When I arrived at the hotel I thought maybe the inside will be better than the outside. Upon driving into the parking garage it was extremely old and tight around the corners which is not good for people with SUV's or new cars. then the elevator in the parking garage was dirty and the security camera appeared to by out of order. Once I arrived on the floor to check-in the area was small and tight. The customer service person was very nice and polite and she immediately asked if I was ready to check in. Once checked in, I walked toward the elevator and noticed it was out of order and others were standing waiting for the only other available elevator and it was quite small once it opened. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good stay downtown this is a great hotel for a downtown property- great restaurant but not happy with service this trip- can be a little pricey but the location helps with the amount you pay October 10, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by IT WAS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY WE WILL STAY HERE AGAIN. FRIENDLY STAFF AND COMFORTABLE ROOMS. October 10, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Left to be desired I had a high level of exceptions for this property. It is in a downtown area and thought it would be amazing. It seemed like they were the first Holiday Inn to be updated because it seemed behind the times already. The junior suite was just a large room with to refrigerators and two microwaves. Why? Small T.V. Furniture that did not make sense, the suite was a L shaped room with a small bathroom could reach across it almost. Need to catch up with other hotels that are not behind the times. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Tulsa City Center When booking I thought it was for a king suite and I got a small king room. And my last name on the reservation was wrong, but I called and they said it will be no problem and it wasn't at check in. There was no refrigerator or microwave so I wouldn't recommend if you have children like we do because we couldn't keep our drinks cold, little ice bucket and hipster bathroom sink. And couldn't bring snacks that needed heating. But they do offer pricey snacks in the lobby. BUT I LOVED THE STAFF!! The girls were great, we needed a rollaway bed and they brought it right up!! Lots if hidden fees. 7 dollar parking in the garage, 35 dollar hold fee (just in case??) And we ordered breakfast room service that was hearty and WONDERFUL!! I enjoyed the out door smoking area on the 2nd floor and we utilized the awesome indoor pool!! We always pick hotels with indoor pools for the kids and the location was great to get to the Tulsa Zoo. 6 miles I believe. So over all it was a good one night stay. October 9, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Sleep and Hot Water would have made a difference Garbage trucks in the alley at 3am and 5am make for a poor nights sleep. No hot water in the morning and no urgency in getting it fixed one of the two mornings. Food in the restaurant was very good. Stephanie at the front desk was very nice. Room was clean. October 3, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Mediocre at best Staff was excellent but the facility needs work. The Lobby and restaurant were HOT and the temperature outside was in the 80s we were thankful it wasn't 100 degrees outside or we would have been miserable.. The guest room was adequate in size but the furniture and fixtures could stand some work.. The linens are comparable to what you see in budget motels. October 1, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by reasonable stay average food - the hotel was overbooked so our room didn't get cleaned. Overall everything was decent for what we paid - we had a lower rate with a wedding block September 25, 2014
