15th floor balcony view was nice. That was about it . . . Door handle fell off of patio door, there was no shower curtain, and service in the restaurant was nonexistent.

Beds are outstandingly comfortable. Hot tub was nice and big pool area was great.

Had to change rooms twice. One smelled like wet dog and mold. The other didn't have running water in the bathroom sink. Dinner at The Boulder was awful and so was the waitress. We were 1 of 3 tables yet it took 1.5 hours to complete our meals (of chicken wings and soup and salad) and pay. The bartender couldn't make the first 3 requested cocktails so we were reduced to Miller Light or Coors. The kitchen didn't have some of the food we wanted to order and messed up 2 out of 4 meals. The shuttle drivers aren't very friendly. Wouldn't even make small talk when we addressed them. Breakfast was disappointing. I had one grape among a bowl of expiring melon, the bacon was rubbery and flavorless, and the sausage gravy

Overall it was a very nice hotel. Very clean and the staff was very friendly. However I am not sure if the restaurant a joining the lobby is part of the hotel but the service is very slow and they are not prepared for large groups that book reservations at the hotel months in advance. The restaurant did not provide the buffet as indicated at the correct time in the morning. On the first day they even had to unlock the kitchen at 7 a.m. when it was scheduled to be open at 6:30 a.m.

The staff were extremely friendly upon check in. The parking area underneath the hotel was a very tight squeeze for larger vehicles but it felt secure none the less. The rooms were dark and clean. It has what I have come to expect regarding Holiday Inn when I travel. Will stay there again when I am in Tulsa.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Common spaces were updated and well-appointed.
