Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by rate hotel I found the large bed uncomfortable because the sheets were tucked in at the foot of the bed. Also, there was too much light coming in around the curtains. I chose to sleep in the pull out bed in the other room because it was darker. The bed was comfortable. At breakfast the waitress was very helpful and courteous. The bacon was undercooked but I had not actually ordered it, it came with my waffle. Waffle and fruit were fine. August 28, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by maintenance staff/customer service On the morning of 8/15/14 the float on our toilet stuck and overflowed we called the front desk and the had someone up in no time. He repaired the float and then the handle broke so he left and returned with a new handle got that replaced and noticed we had used some of our towels to wipe up the water so he went in search of us some towels housekeeping did not have any extra's so we went to laundry and brought us fresh towels still warm from the dryer. That is what i call service. Upon receipt of my reservation confirmation i noticed the room was a king and i had requested a double as i had a friend traveling with me. i had spoken to someone at the front desk and he had made a note that if a double room became available to change my room. when we checked in the clerk at the front desk commmented what a nice suite we were getting and i asked her what she meant and she explained they had upgraded my room to a two room suite with a sleeper sofa as a quuen room had not become available. That again is what i call service. August 26, 2014
