Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great stay in Tupelo! This property met our families expectations for a quick weekend stay. Super clean, newly built, great parking, comfortable beds and quick breakfasts! We are sorry we didn't get her name but a late night staff person went out of her way to help us find dinner, plates, silverware, napkins long after the restaurant had closed. She made our visit! On the downside, the front desk staff weren't quite as friendly. We would definitely stay at this property again! October 1, 2014

Keep up the great job being done:) I was able to sleep very well in the bed, as well as dining for breakfast and dinner in which the food and service was terrific. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff and nice hotel. This is a new hotel and is very nice. The large atrium area was especially nice. One family in our party had requested a handicapped accessible room on the first floor. However, there is only one on the first floor and they were not originally assigned it. When we asked about it, we learned that the previous occupant had checked out so the first floor room was available. The staff was very helpful in this matter. That room was wonderful for our family members. Just a couple of suggestions. The music playing in the lobby and atrium was a little loud early in the morning and could be heard in the rooms. Also, it would be nice if the hotel offered continental breakfast. Finally, the staff appeared overwhelmed getting our Sunday breakfast while also trying to prepare for Sunday brunch and we had to wait longer than expected. Overall I was very pleased with our stay.
