Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by nicpac heating not working!!!
Twice I pointed out that the heating was not working in the room, in spite of this I slept in a cold room. It is not the first time that I have this problem in this hotel, and also other guests had this issue.
Probably they should check the heating in ALL the rooms, and be sure that it works fine!!!!!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Esmae Good location, good rates
Good location directly across from the Massaua underground station allows easy access to downtown. Restaurants within walking distance. Clean and comfortable. Note the room temp is centrally controlled so you have to ask the front desk to adjust it.

Second day, You have to ask for shampoo and savon. No internet in standard offer. Restaurant not at the level expected.
Two months ago was better (now dec. 2013).

It's always a pleasure staying in an holiday inn structure; this hotel is very comfortable in room and restaurant (family room suggested).
Lovely personnel and good position in the Turin city

The overall experience experience in on average, but it could be possible to increase customer satisfaction with a faster internet connection or a better beakfast buffet.

We have spent 2 nights in the Hotel. Everything was ok.
The hotel is located near the Metro which takes you in 10 Minutes to the city center.
Breakfast was ok - if included. But if you have to pay extra for it, I would rather go to the city center and have it there. Maybe for the same price, but with much more flair.
All in all a great family trip.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Barbagians World Masters Games
We booked a number of rooms with different configurations for our team (entered in WMG Football). Rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was a little bit basic. There was nowhere to simply relax, so we spent most of our downtime in the bar across the road. Restaurant staff were helpful and courteous. Bar staff were non-existent (see note about bar across the road). Reception staff were generally helpful except we all felt we were overcharged by EURO 200.00 per room above what we booked at. Hotel was convenient to the stadium we mostly played at and was on metro line for great access to most of Turin.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by CanadaSue Helpful staff and clean rooms
I was very happy with my stay at the Holiday Inn Turin - Corso Francia. There was some confusion with our reservation upon arriving, but this was sorted by the front desk staff. I found all of the employees I dealt with to be friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. I ate in the restaurant once, and the food was delicious. Whenever we needed ice, the restaurant staff was able to help us out.
The property is conveniently located close to a Metro station.
There are several excellent restaurants, and places for Gelato!, within walking distance of the hotel.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in Turin.
