I always use for business stays in Turin, restaurant food is very good and generally I stay there for dinner.

Parcheggio comodo, struttura sempre in ordine anche se molto spesso mancano alcuni confort di base (ciabatte, accappatoio)

Ho usufruito dell'Hotel purtroppo per una notte e pertanto non possiedo ampi elementi utili per esprimere giudizi ulteriori. Quello che c'è da aspettarsi da un Hotel con tali caratteristiche è stato ampiamente rispettato, l'unica pecca, tra l'altro trascurabile, è quella che ho trovato nel frigobar della camera un contenitore vuoto di patatine consumate credo dal precedente cliente. Per quanto riguarda il resto, come già scritto, nulla da segnalare. Ottimo confort in camera, riposo perfetto, camera insonorizzata al punto giusto e temperatura interna piacevole. Sicuramente da consigliare.

I am a Managing Director of a global group and therefore often traveling for business in Italy and abroad.
What was good: outstanding bed comfort; convenient location with respect to my business center of interest.
What was wrong:
1. room electric key was not working (I had tried several time before I could make it into the room) and I was eventually given a normal key (I would rather expect to be offered a new room, once verified something is wrong in the one originally assigned);
2. courtesy kit in the room could be improved given it is a 4* hotel (only essential shampoo, soap and shower cup were provided);
3. breakfast experience shows a large possibility for improvement: service was quite poor (I was not welcome, nor anyone asked me if I was a hotel guest) and I had to ask myself for refill of breakfast buffet; eggs and bacon were ice-cold (bacon grease was solid white!);
4. mini-gym was totally cold (no heating system working) so it was impossible to experience it!
I would expect much more from a 4* hotel in Turin: I have experienced much higher value for money deal in Turin (still in other 4* hotels).
As said, the sleeping was excellent, therefore I can still recommend this hotel for the moment.
Nonetheless, since I am a new member of the reward program and I believe in constructive feedback, I am expecting to be contacted by the hotel and learn about improvement in the structure. I will then be happy to visit again.

Staff cortese e disponibile a venire incontro a qualsiasi esigenza.
Aree comuni e camere perfettamente pulite.
Stanze confortevoli e ben insonorizzate.
