It's always a pleasure staying in an holiday inn structure; this hotel is very comfortable in room and restaurant (family room suggested).
Lovely personnel and good position in the Turin city

The overall experience experience in on average, but it could be possible to increase customer satisfaction with a faster internet connection or a better beakfast buffet.

We have spent 2 nights in the Hotel. Everything was ok.
The hotel is located near the Metro which takes you in 10 Minutes to the city center.
Breakfast was ok - if included. But if you have to pay extra for it, I would rather go to the city center and have it there. Maybe for the same price, but with much more flair.
All in all a great family trip.

We booked a number of rooms with different configurations for our team (entered in WMG Football). Rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was a little bit basic. There was nowhere to simply relax, so we spent most of our downtime in the bar across the road. Restaurant staff were helpful and courteous. Bar staff were non-existent (see note about bar across the road). Reception staff were generally helpful except we all felt we were overcharged by EURO 200.00 per room above what we booked at. Hotel was convenient to the stadium we mostly played at and was on metro line for great access to most of Turin.

I was very happy with my stay at the Holiday Inn Turin - Corso Francia. There was some confusion with our reservation upon arriving, but this was sorted by the front desk staff. I found all of the employees I dealt with to be friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. I ate in the restaurant once, and the food was delicious. Whenever we needed ice, the restaurant staff was able to help us out.
The property is conveniently located close to a Metro station.
There are several excellent restaurants, and places for Gelato!, within walking distance of the hotel.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in Turin.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Michel27 Rude staff!
Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Easy access to the city (Metro station 100 meters away from hotel).
Overall I enjoyed my stay there, but was extremely shocked upon check-out as the cashier appeared to be very rude and impolite!
No recognition for my status as Platinum member upon check-in either. Overall performance of staff rather poor.

Very new hotel with all facilities.
Comfortable rooms and parking availability.
Perfect position: easily accessible from the higway and close to Fiat Auto /Lingotto, away from traffic of city centre.
Check out procedure slow (only one person at reception).

Very nice looking Hotel. Too many reception staff and not that friendly. Waited 10 mins to ask for an area map whilst male receptionist was on the phone. Was not told we were quite a distance from the main town and also not told the hotel was at least 2 miles off the map we were given, this information was provided by a local who could see we were getting confused finding where we were on the map given ! Another time, a female receptionist had to ask how to activate an extra room card. Restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was substantial and relaxed. Room was comfortable.
