We stayed for four nights and shower was faulty for our whole stay despite reporting it twice and being told it was fixed. Both showerheads were worn and not spraying properly but that wasn't the main problem - it was that water was not hot - and it was so cool that it was almost impossible to take a shower under - you can't be expected to have a cold shower in January! The temperature control knob just turned around and around and did nothing - well it was possible to make water colder sometimes!. On second occasion the room "handyman" who was at Reception when we reported it as still not working said we shouldn't change the temperature setting! Shutters on windows seemed fixed shut so room was permanently dark - OK when you want to sleep but with poor lighting levels in the room it was very gloomy. The heating in the room didn't seem to work - even when we set temperature to 24 degrees the heater blew air but room never got warm. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was basic but plenty of it but what was disappointing was a machine made the coffee with very obviously powdered milk so that was not a good experience - especially not in Italy the home of great coffee! Lifts were out of action for some time on our last day so we had to walk up three flights of stairs. The bar was poorly stocked - no brandy! and empty so not somewhere to linger and not cheap.
On plus side - room was good size and clean, bed was comfortable and location couldn't be better for access to airport bus, metro, trams & buses and central Turin

Nice hotel in the center of the city. Parking was hard to find (had to park 2 1/2 blocks away) until I checked in and found out they have an underground garage for hotel guests. Stayed on first floor on a Thursday night and it was quiet--neither dinner nor breakfast were crowded. Would stay there again if ever in Turin again.

if you really want me to give you another chance, please fix the issues I posted and let me know when you have done it.
I travel to Turin quite often so there are plenty of new occasions.

The hotel is in a declining path. Breakfast with two days old "brioches", not fresh milk, etc; room with burned lamps, empty refirigerator (if you want water you have to go in the lobby and buy it at a vending machine); too much room heating and not working thermostat.
A very poor experience.
I definitely not going to use this Holiday Inn any more.

Convenient location to train station and beautiful old downtown Turin. Completely safe, very clean and modern with all amenities - staff helpful and friendly.
King size bed plus a cot for our 11 year old.
No English TV channels except CNN, nor movie channels in English.

I stayed for two nights for business. I had a good sleep in this hotel. Well, it is a business hotel after all, so it fits the purpose.

I used this place in my recent business trip to Turin. Bed is comfortable and sleep quality is good. Room was spacious and nice.
Some staff at hotel was unfriendly and sometimes rude. Room was not clean properly. There were hairs still lying around in bathroom from previous guests. Even next day I could see them around. Shower was broken and shower outlets were not cleaned for a long time.
Location wise this property is well situated.

Reception was not very welcoming on arrival and rewards membership not acknowledged although membership card provided at Check in .The room provided was opposite the elevators so could be heard at night this coupled with the fact construction work nearby started early in the morning (I appreciate this is beyond the Hotels control) provided for a poor quality of sleep during my stay. The Internet could only be connected by one device so trying to connect a 2nd device even after shutting the other one down is not possible another annoying fact is that a new user name and password is required for every day of your stay. The best positive thing I can say about this Hotel is that it is in a great location right in the heart of the city. The hotel is clean and tidy but could do with some modernization as I do not feel it is up to the standard of some of the previous Holiday Inns I have stayed at.
