Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor experience The hotel is in a declining path. Breakfast with two days old "brioches", not fresh milk, etc; room with burned lamps, empty refirigerator (if you want water you have to go in the lobby and buy it at a vending machine); too much room heating and not working thermostat. A very poor experience. I definitely not going to use this Holiday Inn any more. December 2, 2014

Completely safe, very clean and modern with all amenities - staff helpful and friendly. King size bed plus a cot for our 11 year old. No English TV channels except CNN, nor movie channels in English. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable but too old I used this place in my recent business trip to Turin. Bed is comfortable and sleep quality is good. Room was spacious and nice. Some staff at hotel was unfriendly and sometimes rude. Room was not clean properly. There were hairs still lying around in bathroom from previous guests. Even next day I could see them around. Shower was broken and shower outlets were not cleaned for a long time. Location wise this property is well situated. November 23, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Turin Experience Reception was not very welcoming on arrival and rewards membership not acknowledged although membership card provided at Check in .The room provided was opposite the elevators so could be heard at night this coupled with the fact construction work nearby started early in the morning (I appreciate this is beyond the Hotels control) provided for a poor quality of sleep during my stay.The Internet could only be connected by one device so trying to connect a 2nd device even after shutting the other one down is not possible another annoying fact is that a new user name and password is required for every day of your stay.The best positive thing I can say about this Hotel is that it is in a great location right in the heart of the city.The hotel is clean and tidy but could do with some modernization as I do not feel it is up to the standard of some of the previous Holiday Inns I have stayed at. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor dinner menu and food The food in the restaurant was awfull and the service was slow. The room was unbearably hot and the air conditioning did not work. Would not recommend or go back to this hotel, however, if your not too fussy and want a central location then it would suit you. November 9, 2014
