Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing hot tub!! We stayed at your hotel in June 2014, and were totally pleased with every aspect of our stay. We particularly enjoyed our relaxing and social time in the hot tub! This was a major factor in our decision to return to your hotel in October 2014, with friends. The hot tub was a great disappointment! It was cool and not hot. We spoke to the employees at the front desk, who assured us they would speak to the service crew and it would hot within the next few hours. We all went out for dinner and returned, only to discover that the hot tub was still too cool to enjoy......VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! Please fix this problem. We would love to return and revisit our first stay and the beds are incredibly comfortable.... October 16, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Great ambiance Second floor room and no elevator. Staff was excellent. Hotel lobby, restaurant and pool area were very appealing. Dogs were welcomed. Room service was very timely and accurate. Maid service was very friendly and there when you needed something. the roof is being repaired and did hinder parking, walking and the pool being open. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Embarrassed Cleaning lady was great. Breakfeast lady was good. But i will not come back to this hotel. I was so enbarrassed. I told my 64 year old friend all about my home town and how I always stay at the Holiday Inn for the last 30 some years . When we get there the staff new that the hotel was under construction and that there was no elevator, and that my friend was having difficulties with the stairs. No one offered to help. The room smelled and construction begain at 5am. Monday morning. Hotel staff was aware of these problems and yet we were not moved to a suitable room for Sunday evening stay. Never again. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by appearance of outside and lobby Hotel on outside looks like a converted warehouse, with closed off delivery bays in front. Very strange looking. Lobby is small, uninviting only one sofa and 2 small chairs for seating. No paper in morning. Did not feel very secure because the hotel seems to be serving as housing for many workers from local fracking operations. There were lots of these workers around and lots of large trucks and equipment in the parking lot. Didn't feel like a nice hotel, more like a housing unit for fracking workers. I didn't like that. But the rooms were clean, beds comfortable, nice pool. Breakfast buffet on Sunday morning was very good. September 30, 2014
