Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not happy with the $25 Mandatory Valet! Reservation clearly states valet is optional twice yet it isn't so. Been staying here for years, no need for this service. The hotel has ample parking adjacent to the hotel. They will also request you to sign a form that they are not responsible for damage or theft yet you won't even have your keys! If they want to implement the program they need to make it very clear when booking. Valet for business people is a real inconvenience. Our vehicles are sometimes our office and if we need that one thing we forgot we can't just run down & get it. December 14, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Mandatory Park fee My opinion of this hotel was immediately tainted, when I was told there was a mandatory valet parking fee. If I am paying for a hotel room, why is it too much to ask for the hotel provide me parking at no cost? This hotel is not in the main resort area, where a parking fee is justified. I found the tall hotel host to be rude whenever I asked my hotel bill or asked for direction to the ski area. The hotel manager Diego was good to work with. The hotel has free shuttle service to the resort, but it is apparent the driver expect tips to drop you off during night time hours. December 11, 2014
