Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Would stay again I enjoyed the hotel and would stay again. I did not receive my welcome points, was not greeted as a spire member nor did I receive a room upgrade. That aside, I think it is a very nice hotel and would definitely recommend others stay here as well as I myself would stay again. April 24, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sales manager The whole experience exceeded expectations. It was a great value compared to like hotels. The room was comfortable, clean and in great condition. I expected to pay more, but was pleasantly surprised. I left my travel bag in my room by mistake. The hotel contacted my within an hour of my departure and agreed to hold it for me until I can return. I have accidently left things at other hotels never to be seen again. Their staff is first rate. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Housekeeping did a poor job. When i arrived to the hotel, I wanted to take a shower and discovered that all the towels were wet. I called customer service and an apology was given to me. The next day housekeeping "cleaned the room" but didn't clean the tub. I called customer service again and I was told that the person who was assigned to clean my room had only been there two days. I don't understand why an employee who is in orientation would be left alone to clean rooms without supervision. I did not think I would have to call customer service again to complain about the sloppy service from housekeeping. April 11, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Would not stay again Front desk staff were poor with their welcome. Due to free drink in bar we did end up staying for dinner which was fine. Room was large but not enough furniture to fill it. Felt a bit like a cavern. WiFi kept dropping. I was trying to make a business phone call over the WiFi and after it dropped 3 times, had to use cell, expensive for a Canadian phone. Went for breakfast. Very Poor experience. Staff were flustered, did not seem happy for more guests. Service very slow, we were trying to get on the road. Egg over easy was not, it was way over cooked. Forgot to bring my bacon. Forgot to bring the butter and preserves. Went to get a copy of the bill from front desk. Took 3 tries, kept giving me the wrong bill. Would definitely not use this property again. April 10, 2016
