As we first entered and got our baggage unloaded, I was helping our child get into the shower. A DIRTY NASTY USED HAIR FILLED wash cloth fell on my arm! There were hairs all over the shower! Yuck! I'm OCD.....but that is just plain nasty! That room wasn't cleaned! I stayed up all night!!!!

Overall this is a Great Hotel, but unfortunately the morning of my last day, there was no hot water and I had a lukewarm shower at best and it wasn't very pleasant. I had never experienced this at a hotel before. By the time my son took a shower a couple hours later the hot water was back. This is the only complaint I have about this hotel, and hopefully if I choose to stay there again the same thing won't happen.

Stayed one night in this hotel for my daughters visit to Valdosta State University. Looks like she might be going to school here. If she does this will probably be my default hotel. It has everything you need and the beds are very comfortable. Had trouble with the wifi, but not the end of the world. Had a pleasant stay!

The room was fine - as expected clean and well kept. The staff was personable. I could not get the heat regulated in the room, so I was hot and cold most of the night. The heater was very noisy as well.
My biggest issue during the stay was the food. First, there are restaurant listings in the room directories, one of which is Jimmy John's. JJ will deliver, but they don't deliver to the hotel. Why is this included if they don't deliver to the hotel? That's where the disappointment begain. I then, because it was cold and gross outside, decided to go down to the restaurant for dinner. I wanted a salad, so I ordered a chef salad. I was informed that the kitchen didn't have enough "stuff" for a chef salad. Nothing on the menu was really catching my interest, but I decided on a sirloin salad. I thought all was well and good until 2-3 minutes later I was informed that they didn't have enough "stuff" for a sirloin salad either. I left. I left hungry and disappointed. I later decided to order hot wings, and, luckily, this item they had. Nothing more than a sorry was offered for not having enough "stuff" for 2 of the 4 or 5 salads on the menu.

Great hotel. Very up to date and close to events. Good restaurant and bar. Every one is friendly and helpful.
