Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Warm summer stay The hotel is ideally located with some nice views of Vancouver..spacious rooms, affordable breakfast (all you can eat buffet and other options)..great choice without Downtown cost, and less hectic than Downtown locations.. good choice for the budget :) July 2, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable stay We enjoyed our stay. The location provided easy access to Vancouver's train system, which we used to get around the city. Parking was also easily accessed for the days we had a car. The room was comfortable and clean. We were slightly annoyed that we could hear the beeping from the crosswalk in our room. We were on the 11th floor so it's not like we were on the street level. This was not enough to spoil an otherwise great stay. July 2, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent facilities and convenient to transport. In our four days visiting Vancouver, we found the Vancouver-Centre Holiday Inn and ideal place to stay. The staff were most helpful in assisting our orientation and arranging our tours, the room was clean, comfortable, spacious and well appointed and the restaurant was ideal for buffet breakfast and also gave us a great dinner experience. The fact that the hotel is not downtown was of no consequence to us as it is located very close to a Sky-train station and has a good bus service at the front door. In addition there are plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby. In summary, a great experience for us. June 29, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Too Pricey We stayed there at the medical rate and still It as very expensive especially since you have to add parking on top of that. The staff were friendly and informative. The server in the restaurant/bar was very good. I was very disappointed to pay that much and have plastic drinking glasses in our room. We would like to have opened a window but were unable too. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The carpet needs to be cleaned or updated. There should be 2 comfortable chairs for relaxing in. View was good June 28, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location and value The Holiday Inn Vancouver-Center Broadway served as a great hotel for our first visit to Vancouver. While it is somewhat removed from the downtown area, it was easy access into the city via the sky train station 3 blocks away. This also allowed for the price to be more affordable. The onsite restaurant provided substantial buffet breakfasts everyday. There are also several restaurants nearby in the area. A place we really enjoyed one night was the Rogue restaurant two blocks away across the street. Walking to the sky train station every day was a breeze. You will pass a Blenz coffee shop and a Starbucks if you want to enjoy a coffee for your trip into the city, which takes about 10 to 15 minutes max. Finally, the staff were very accommodating and helpful regarding our tourist needs. All in all, my wife and I had a very enjoyable stay for a very fair price. June 27, 2015

Connexion internet ultra rapide, gratuite et sans soucis. Le personnel est courtois et sympathique. Solide buffet de petit déjeuner avec des Dim Sum frais tous les matins. L'hôtel est super bien desservi par le réseau de métro et de bus. Accès au centre ville en 10 minutes ! Supermarchés et restaurants juste à coté. Ballades autour de False Bay et Olympic Village tous proches. June 27, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Thank you to staff member I see that the manager reads and replies to reviews so I would like to commend a front desk employee Amanda for going beyond to help us out. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights before an Alaska cruise. Thursday night my husband became ill from what we assumed was food poisoning (not from the hotel restaurant). We normally sleep in different rooms due to health and snoring issues. We were in a room with a queen sized bed and with him ill neither of us slept well and I was dreading another night in that room. On Friday morning I asked a young man at the front desk if we could change to a double room, "Oh no, we are all booked up, no open rooms." I realized that but figured some people hadn't checked in yet so couldn't THEY use a queen room? Frustrated, I returned to our room and my sick husband. Later I went down for breakfast and tried again, this time speaking with Amanda. She promptly looked and found a double room one floor down and gave me a new key and offered to have someone come and help us move when we were ready. The room turned out to be larger and just seemed "brighter". (Maybe that was just my attitude ;-) But I do want to commend Amanda that by making just a minimal amount of effort, she made 2 guests very happy and comfortable. June 26, 2015
