Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice stay Staying at the hotel for 3 nights for business. It was very comfortable. Great location, I could walk a lot of places and it was easy to drive back when traveling outside the city. Parking is a bit pricey though. The evening bartender was great; really nice. I highly recommend the salmon eggs Benedict for breakfast. Dinner menu is ok, but there are lots of great options nearby. May 27, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location and Great Service This hotel was conveniently located in downtown Vancouver and was within walking distance of cruise ship terminal and other venues of interest. The only negative is the restaurant located within the hotel is not great at all and the food is terrible. My wife and I waited for 15 minutes before being served and ultimately decided to leave and go somewhere else. The hotel is great and the service is great, but don't eat at the restaurant May 23, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No hot tub, credit card charged twice Hotel staff was fine. Meeting room was tiny, food was below average, noise was high. When I left the company was covering room charges but they also charged my card. I also received an alert that an unauthorized charge was made in Vancouver a day after I left the city for over $2000. No idea if related but I have nothing good to say about this experience. May 19, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room, noisy night life. Our rooms were on separate floors and not on the same floor. One morning the breakfast staff forgot about us and we waited too long. You would think if we book so far in advance, you would have kept us on the same floor, and being a business trip, a quieter section of the hotel. Also the view was poor from my window. May 16, 2016
