Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No sleep!! not impressed! We had a late check out of 2pm and the staff came and woke us up from 1030am onward multiple times. Knocking once and entering the room, needless to say we should had just left because we didn't get an ounce of sleep. At night the party across the hall was loud an th door slamming into the early morning was annoying. The rooms were clean and bed was comfy otherwise! February 10, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 25th Wedding Anniversary We spent a week in Vancouver celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary and my husband called a week in advance requesting the top floor as that is what we prefer. Upon check-in and much to our surprise they upgraded us to a suite on the top floor. We toured the city for a few hours that day and returned to find a bottle of wine, plate with cheese, grapes and apple on our table as a gift for our anniversary. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel!!! Very professional employees, accommodating and polite! February 3, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff The staff is great at this location, I was able to store my ski gear before I had to depart from Vancouver, as it was after check out. The down side about my stay, I was in an area of the hotel that was not level with the elevator , so I had to lug my bags up and down about 6 steps from the elevator to the room, I thought this was silly and somehow there should be a ramp, but it is a small space and the ramp may be steep. I am a tall person, and the shower head was just below my head level, so I could not stand under the running water as I prefer to do while showering. February 2, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by what to expect if you drive If you drive to the hotel you will have to pay at the parking lot in order to park your car. You can pay up to 24 hours in advance, not more. I tried to pay 25 hours and I could not because the automated system would not let me and the hotel staff have no control over that. the hotel staff tried to contact the parking company by phone but the parking company was closed for the weekend. I had to take a chance to get a ticket by arriving one hour later than the 24 hours I paid for because I had a business meeting I had to go to. The hotel has no sauna and the gym facilities are limited. January 29, 2016

Comfortable stay, it is down town so a little noise during the later hours of the night but nothing that couldn't be ignored. Food was great, good variety. Great place to host a workshop.
